Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

The place was conveniently located for my parents. My father had a liver transplant and needed to stay relatively close to Piedmont Atlanta. The only downside is there is no rail on the stairs and he did fall the first night out of the hospital that required an ER visit and stitches. Also if a light could be installed by the entry of the door where there is a step up it would be a help too.

Poor maintenance and limited response

I was looking forward to staying in a furnished studio apartment with a kitchen so that I could cook a couple of meals a day. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was malfunctioning and froze all of my food. My eggs cracked as they were frozen solid, my milk and cream were frozen, solid, and my fruit and vegetables were all spoiled. I contacted BCA, but the only response I got was that somebody came into the unit (without contacting me first) and unplugged and plugged the fridge back in again, and wasn't sure how to fix the issue. They never responded to my request for compensation for my frozen food, and never remedied the issue. This was disappointing. Hey Erin, We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the fridge. That definitely sounds frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are making sure to have it fixed ASAP. We truly value your feedback and hope to make it up to you next time you're in Atlanta.

Great stay!

Stayed for 5 days while my husband was at Piedmont following surgery. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk. Wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. If the need arises I will definitely stay here again. Team BCA Response: I hope your husband is recovering well from his surgery. I personally didn’t enjoy my stay. The location of my rental apartment was in the back near some woods. My overall review was 3/5 stars because my room personally didn’t look like the picture above.

We did offer to move you to the front side of the building, but you declined. Always a pleasure to stay at the BCA

The apartment was clean and comfortable as always. I love staying there because not only is the neighborhood a lovely place to walk, near great restaurants and in a safe residential area, but also because it has all you need to feel at home. A precious kitchen with gas stove/oven, new and fresh bathroom with upscale toiletries, bright and light room with a comfortable bed. I love staying here! P.s. Money well spent!!

Nice, quiet and convenient location. The mini studio was clean no bugs no nothing it was nice. Only thing if your traveling with a dog or dogs there's really no where to let dogs potty. Where we stayed it was a back area but the grass was so high that my dogs wasn't feeling that but the pet deposit was low it was worth it. I love it! Will be back soon

Super convenient

The studio was perfect for the three-day celebration I attended in the neighborhood. I walked to and from our friends' house - and still had my own space. Others stayed at hotels and needed cars to get around. There were quite a few steps to the units in back, which might have been worth mentioning in advance to someone like me who was walking not driving. I was fine negotiating the stairs with luggage but others might not have been.

When it rains the mud up top makes steps slippery which could cause you major issues if not taken care of.

Helpful and Responsive

They are helpful in responding to any problems. Great to have parking available. But if have problem with stairs, need to request a room that is same level as parking. It is so nice that they have roll of $10 quarters available for laundry.
