About this property

Totally renovated cottage - 5 min walk to the beach & boardwalk- No prom rentals

This is a single family home that has been totally renovated a few years ago. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twin) and a full bath. Upon request the twin beds can be converted to a king bed. We provide all the bed linens, bath towels, some home essentials and some toys and games. We have a large TV with streaming and high speed WiFi. There is a washer and dryer along with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. We try and provide our home with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There are beach chairs, and an umbrella for you to use and we do have 4 beach badges for you to use during your stay. The home has heat and central air condition. There is an outside area in our covered porch to relax and grill out using our propane grill after an afternoon at the beach - it's perfect! We have a long driveway for 2 cars.
Our location is great! Nice and quiet on the bayside but only a 5-7 min walk to the excitement. We have some really nice new parks for the kids and new pickleball and basketball courts as well. Restaurants, cafes, sunsets and docks for crabbing and fishing are only a short walk too! The board walk is so close and has so much to offer- fireworks are every Wednesday and free beach concerts on Sunday, tons of great live music, water parks, go carts, mini golf, arcades, pizza, ice cream - fun for everyone. We are also just a 8 min drive from Island Beach State Park, a beautiful natural beach area with kayaking and trails and a nature center to enjoy. Come and see why everyone loves the Jersey Shore.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed here during the Sea Hear Now Music Festival and for a couple days afterwards in Sept. It was lovely. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were soft. I would gladly stay here again.

Jersey Shore Mom's weekend

This location was perfect, close enough to the boardwalk and beach, but far enough that we could get away from the bustle. The home had everything we needed for our stay including beach badges. It was nicely furnished, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean on arrival!

Perfect place!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's down the shore over the years and I think this one is my favorite! It was very clean and I love that we didn't have to bring towels to shower with or sheets. The walk to the boardwalk was about 10 minutes and that's because we had two 7 yr olds with us. Adults can make it quicker. The beds were super comfortable too! I don't really have anything negative to say about the house. It's a great one!

We needed a place to stay for a short weekend trip and this place was perfect for that. With 4 adults we each were able to find a quiet spot that we never would have had at a hotel.Checking in was a breeze! I will admit this was the first time I used any kind of service like VRBO and I was a little apprehensive about how it all works. She made it easy on us!Upon entering the second-floor unit, your first view is of the kitchen which looks like they spent some good money on the renovation. There is a cozy living room around the corner and the two bedrooms were of a decent size too. This is not a complaint but a tip - close those blackout blinds in the primary bedroom at night! The sun is up earlier than we are accustomed to and it comes right in.Outside, there is a nice little shady area to sit and enjoy fresh air. The owner gave access to a grill but we weren't there long enough to use it. The location is in a nice, quiet residential area but is also close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk if you're inclined to do so. We made the walk a few times and couldn't believe how quiet the roads were and how easy it was to get around. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend this property!

Truly A+ accommodations

We loved everything about our stay. Here are some highlights ~ super clean & bright. Everything you need is provided ~ towels & sheets, hand & dish soaps, tp, paper towels, dishwasher soap. The living room was so inviting & relaxing. Our king sized bed was luxuriously comfy. Nice sheets, nice pillows, super comfy mattress. The kitchen was well stocked. And the gas grill was a bonus. There was a cute space outside to sit & relax. We didn’t use it but it was nice. I 100% would recommend this home if you’re heading to Seaside Heights. Definitely felt like we were guests in someone’s well kept home & not renters in a rental property!

Fantastic

House was perfect, cute, decorated beachy, it was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was just great! Easy walk to the beach (looks longer than it actually is). We walked every day to beach with lots of chairs/umbrella, back home, went back out at night and back again. The street leads right to Beachcomber, literally a straight walk up. You literally need to bring nothing (there was plenty of towels, linens, cleaning stuff, cups, plates, blow dryer, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella). Literally the only 2 things that came up during our stay was there was no mirror in the 2nd bedroom (master bedroom had 3 large mirrors) so they had to alternate running back and forth to the bathroom mirror to get ready. Oh, and if you're 5'8" or taller you'll have a nice view of the neighbors deck when you take a shower (or they, you from the neck up!). The bathroom window needs blinds or a curtain for the tall people. Loved this place and will rent again!

Sweet Seaside Heights

I recently stayed in Theresa's Seaside Heights cottage with my small family, and we really enjoyed it! The listing nearly exactly matched our experience: renovated cottage in a quiet location about 5min (for adults) walk to the beach and boardwalk; "cozy comfy and clean" 2BR/1BA unit with a wonderful family kitchen and living room area; grill and patio for post-beach dinners; ample parking...and FOUR (not three) beach badges! Theresa was a great host, ensuring we had all that we needed before we arrived. If this one is available on your dates, I highly recommend taking it!

Great kitchen and spacious layout.

The interior space was bright, attractive and comfortable. Welcoming touches like towels, and freshly washed linens (on already made beds!!) were a welcomed treat for sure. I loved the kitchen space, as I enjoy cooking for family and friends. The covered porch area downstairs was a great space to shake off sand and prep gear for trips to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and would select this property again.
