Offering 180-degree water views across the bay, combined lounge and dining room, lovely fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, internal fully equipped laundry and a balcony to sit back and breath in the views. Water views can be seen from the main lounge area, the master bedroom and the second bedroom which also offer balcony access.
Open plan Living room with flat screen TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features a full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wall oven, stove and microwave and portable heater.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and sliding door access to the main balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has sliding door access to the balcony and has a single bed and a trundle bed. Sleeps 4. This property has approximately 10 Steps to entry and is located on the 2nd floor.

The main bathroom has a standard sized bath, shower, vanity and toilet with the laundry featuring a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Almost completely surrounded by the Port most properties in Soldiers Point offer a waterfront or water view experience, as well as striking sunrises to the east and breath-taking sunsets to its west. Bring a book or lay on the beach during the day, and of an afternoon relax with a glass of wine and dine in one of the award-winning restaurants amidst the pink and orange sunsets over the marina.

One of the biggest draw cards on the Tomaree Peninsula in the Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers bistro meals and playground for the kids, TAB facilities, main bar and lounge, bottle shop and entertainment when scheduled. Opposite the Bowling Club is the Salamander Shores Hotel which is great to have a meal and a quiet drink with friends.

Soldiers Point lies on a peninsula that juts out from the southern shores of Port Stephens and separates the eastern third of the port from the western two-thirds. It is surrounded by absolute waterfront. With stunning waterways, tranquil bushland and calm safe swimming beaches all on offer, you ll never want to go leave.
This is a great location for you to watch the sunset over the water.
It s close to the popular Nelson Bay, and shares many of the same traits as its neighbours. There is a fine marina, a relaxed lifestyle and calm beach waters. The jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing.
Soldiers Point Marina provides the perfect hub for exploring the magnificent waterways and hinterland of Port Stephens - a region covering nearly 1,000 square kilometres of scenic diversity, mild weather and extensive tourist facilities. Totally rebuilt to world-class standards, the marina offers the boatowner a state-of-the-art base, with a quality of services and facilities rarely seen on the eastern seaboard.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Unit was situated in the quiet area of Soldiers Point with breathtaking views of the water. Everything you need for a few days holiday. However as there is no aircon was extremely hot with a 40 degree day and was unbearable to stay in the unit as the old fans didn’t do much to cool the unit or us down. The only other downside was the communication with the real estate agency, had to follow up several times on questions and to find out the process for the out of office key pick up. The than than that a lovely place to stay

The apartment was clean and has spectacular views. No AC which was not an issue for us as weather was cool, but would be uncomfortable in summer. We were given the wrong key at Nelsons Bay realestate, an unfortunate mistake that could’ve been forgiven except that the after hours phone number was not answered on any of our numerous calls and we were left stranded in the rain with no way to get in. We had to call every employee on the website until someone answered. Once a key was eventually delivered to us, there was no apology or offer of compensation. A simple sorry this happened would have been appreciated. Also, hot water fuse was not on and this was not communicated to us, meaning our first showers were cold! We decided to check the fuse and located a note inside the cupboard containing the fuse box, stating the hot water needed to be turned on! This note might be better displayed in the bathroom or by the kitchen sink. A bad start to an otherwise pleasant holiday, but won’t be staying again or recommending to friends.
