Good that there was a buggy available for guests to know. It made it easier for us to go around the island. The place was cleaned overall and in a good location but the place could do with some upgrades and maintenance. The second bedroom door jammed on the first night and we had to call the island's security team to help us open the door. The security team was really helpful and efficient. The sink in the main bathroom got clogged after the first night so we were not able to use it. The BBQ ran out of gas so we were not able to use it. The kitchen could also be stocked with some paper towels and multi purpose kitchen cleaner for guests to clean after cooking.

Oasis 2 Hamilton Island
The apartment is in a great location and the inclusion of a buggy was a real bonus. However, the bathroom needs renovation, and there were no light bulbs in the bedside lamps. I informed the property manager but they neglected to have the bulbs replaced. The experience could have been enhanced, from satisfactory to excellent, by some simple touches, such as provision of some tea, coffee and milk, or, even better, a chilled bottle of wine with a personal welcome note on arrival.

My holiday
This was a great place to stay. Decor was great. Only issues being Wi-Fi issues but did get it to work. Other being bites on my body after sleeping??? Not sure about this. None of the others in our party had these.
