EXECUTIVE House - 4 Bedroom Suites
Ideal for Co-workers to share during business trips!
All 4 bedrooms suites have their own attached full bathroom.
The house is tastefully furnished and decorated. The house was fully furnished, with brand new furniture in May 2019. Beds, couches, paintings, tables etc. We use all white linens and white towels. Linens and towels are washed after every visit.
House is 1 mile from Amazon and Facebook, 5 miles from Stanford/Google, 1 mile from Highway-101. 3 miles from down town Palo Alto. 20 miles from SFO and 16 miles from SJC.
No pets allowed on property.
The space
The house has high ceilings, in mint condition. Tastefully furnished to suit professionals and families. The house is dedicated for AirBnB guests, no personal items in the property. There is a 2 car attached garage, just 1 block from University avenue which has public transportation. The house is around 2,300 sf, upscale living.
The house has great lighting, has heat and AC. All bedrooms are spacious, kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Laundry in garage.
It is a very quiet neighborhood; neighbors have lived there for 30+ years. We bought the house for us to move in there in 3 years, and in the meantime we are offering it for AirBnb.

My name is Priya Arun, I was born in Dindigul, India and grew up in Venezuela. My husband and I bought this property for us to live in, but we will be moving there only in another 3 years as our daughter finishes high school. We currently live in Nashua, NH. I work for Amazon, which has an office 1 mile from this properly. We would like this house to be mainly used by business travelers, people that have to work in Bay area for few days at a time and travel as a team. The house is ideally located, within 20 miles of all major companies. and every bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it really convenient for professionals; people do not have to share bathrooms.
The house can also accommodate families, but families might be able to find less expensive houses as they do not mind sharing bathrooms; though this house would be ideal for 8 people to share; tastefully decorated and very pleasant spacious property.
