SUMMER BREEZE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL FINE when you escape to this sunny beachfront home! Sweeping views from all rooms will melt your cares. Tastefully furnished, family friendly home is perfect for pets, small children and those with knee issues as there are no stairs or balconies. Stay cool as you park in the shady carport large enough for four vehicles and unpack your groceries seamlessly into the well appointed kitchen. Lounge on the oceanfront screened porch curled up with a book from the large lending library. Play cards, games or put together a puzzle on the over sized dining table. The spacious screened porch also boasts dining furniture for coffee or cocktails while enjoying the ocean breezes. Grill out and dine beachfront on your private ground level sun deck! The split floor plan affords privacy for large gatherings or two families traveling together. House is close to center of the Island, but worlds away in terms of privacy, seclusion and close neighbors. Sleep well at night with upgraded mattresses listening to the sound of the waves.
