Dunnellon is so relaxing

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was in great shape and we were very pleased with it. Very close to KP Hole and Rainbow Springs parks, plus only a short drive to Crystal River. Florida at its best.

Pleasantly Pleased

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Loved having 1 bathroom downstairs and 1 upstairs. Location was great and the decor felt very homey and warm. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had a lovely visit. The condo worked beautifully for our family of 4. Very well stocked kitchen. Close to state park and boat ramp. Would rent again.

Great location

This property is exactly as listed. Very cozy clean and equipped with most everything. The screen door seems to bother the neighbor. Right at the rainbow springs head spring and on the secret entrance to Kp hole. Great trails for walking and tons of neat attractions to try some new stuff.

Ruhig und gemütlich im Grünen

Wir haben uns die Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Bäder waren relativ neu und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Entfernung zum Rainbow River ist perfekt. Die Ruhe und der Blick in die Natur ist vielleicht noch zu erwähnen. Der Außenbereich ist eventuell für 4 Personen etwas klein aber wir konnten uns arrangieren. Alles in allem können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Perfect vacation residence

Located by an abandoned golf course, the condo is shaded, and quiet with lovely views out the back. It is close to the clubhouse for pickleball and nearby multiple swimming areas and nature trails. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property was clean and spacious with updated bathrooms. The bedrooms are set apart for privacy and each has a deck area. We were working from home during our stay and the internet worked fine. We could set our own hours though, and enjoying being able to pop out to look for gators, manatee, deer and other wildlife, snorkel in the river or bike on the trails. It was especially great to be able to step out of the door and on to the nature trails of the country club. We met many residents and they were all friendly. Just a marvelous time, would highly recommend this space to others.

Nice Stay

The pictures don't due it justice, very nice large bedrooms and living space. Relaxing location with great views of green space, great for bird watching. Minutes from shopping and restaurants. Owner was very nice and reached out quickly to give us the door code. Only complaint is the bed was very hard and I wasnt sure if they had any specific check out instructions, like strip the beds or start washing machine with dirty towels. Very happy with the nice relaxing stay.

Quite Cozy Townhouse minutes from crystal clear Rainbow River

Perfect location, only minutes from the Rainbow River State Park and KP Hole. The townhouse very clean and stocked with all the essentials. There’s a screened porch with a gas grill that made for an awesome dinner after a day of kayaking. Theres a couple grocery stores only a few minutes drive. Nice little town. We would highly recommend staying at Briese place.

Perfect homebase for local amenities.

In a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to Rainbow Springs State Park and KP Hole. The townhouse was clean and well maintained and stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed grilling dinners on the back porch after spending our days kayaking Rainbow Springs, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs and Crystal River. Grocery stores and Wal-Mart are a couple miles away. Cedar Key was quaint and worth the drive. We would definitely recommend this property!

Kayaking and swimming

Beautiful town home in a quiet area, adequately furnished and well maintained. Nice screened porch with a gas grill we used to cook some steaks after a day of kayaking. Rainbow springs park and KP Hole kayak launch less than 1.5 miles away and plenty of stores, restaurants close by.

Awesome Place to Stay! Great Host!

Richard is an awesome guy and his property is GREAT; especially for the price! Everything was very neat and clean and the place was stocked to surpass our expectations. The property isn’t far from the attractions Dunnellon has to offer or from any stores with supplies you may need. We loved our trip and truly enjoyed our stay. No complaints.
