This 2 storey Rings Beach holiday home includes open plan living, dining, and kitchen downstairs. The comfortable lounge offers ample room for your group, and leads onto decking for dining al fresco with sea views.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs at this Rings Beach accommodation. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both fitted with a queen bed, and each include an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is fitted with a single bunk set plus a single bed with a trundle bed.

In addition to the 2 ensuite bathrooms, there is a bathroom and separate toilet off the living area downstairs.

When you are not taking in the views from the deck, you are just a stones throw from safe swimming at Rings Beach! Plus, the Kuaotunu boat ramp is 5 minutes up the road.

Access to Rings Beach is currently only via Bluff Road Kuaotunu as the Matarangi access is blocked off due to dangerous overhanging rocks.As there is a retained garden at the back of the property, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Comfy at Rings Beach

This is a large house so there was plenty of room for us all. It was disappointing to find someone's car (the owners?) still parked in the garage. The listing shows an empty garage with a pool table - just as well it wasn't raining otherwise we may have pushed the car outside so we could use the pool table! The property could do with some tlc - a good exterior wash, spraying and removal of weeds, etc. The downstairs sliding door was rusted shut. No door hooks to keep doors open. Overpriced considering the above.

Great for families

Such a beautiful spot and the house had an amazing view of it all. We shared with friends and children and there was plenty of room for all. Had everything that was needed for a great stay
