Just a few hours from Auckland on the Eastern tip of the Coromandel is a secluded piece of tranquility.
An idyllic white sandy beach accessed via a gravel road over the Blackjack Hill offers a popular holiday destination with excellent fishing and diving. Opito Bay remains undiscovered by resort developers which leaves this touch of paradise peaceful and quiet all year round. With its close access to Mercury Islands, good boogie boarding & surf-casting and safe swimming, Opito Bay is sought after by families, singles and couples alike wanting to escape the rat race or just enjoy a pleasant change.
And you don't even have to bring your own tomato sauce!! (most staples provided - but please replace what you use)
Please note pricing may differ between here and other booking sites. These prices are based on maximum 6 adults. 2 extra children (under 12) at $15 per night on a trundle bed or bunk to make up the total of 8 people. There is also a porta-cot available. BYO sheets, towels, tea towels and hand-towels. Unless the linen option is chosen at $25 pp.
Calendar is updated regularly with each booking.
Exit clean of $130-180 is compulsory, but may increase depending on length of stay, number of guests and if rubbish is left.
