Clean and dog friendly

We spent Thanksgiving week at this home for our sons tennis tournament at IMG. We decided to all go as a family relatively last minute and were happy to come across this house that was dog friendly. The check in was easy and the home was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the yard was perfect for the dogs. Quiet location and close enough to IMG for my son. We had a nice Thanksgiving meal out on Anna Maria’s island (a first Thanksgiving out for us at a restaurant, but it was better than expected!)

Hurricane Crew Guests

The host is so accomodating and very sweet. We had a tree removal crew staying after Hurricane Milton, and one of our guys was being a bad guest and we sent him home, but the host was very gracious about the whole situation. Very clean and responsive too. The houses we rented from her were all beautiful. Thank you Kenia!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

The home was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and we loved having the convenience of parking in the garage. The home was in great shape and had everything we needed and more. The pool was just the right size and depth and we really appreciated having the covered porch for coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were divine (those shower heads). If we had to give anything that could possibly be better it would be to upgrade the coffee maker - it brewed very slow and perhaps a starter pack of coffee for the house or if you upgrade to a Keurig...a few Kcups will prevent someone from having to go out first thing. The television is every man's dream! Thank you for your kindness and availability.

Horrible experience.

Completely infested with bugs especially in the kitchen. My daughter left in one week . My wife cancelled . She was suppose to come for 2 weeks. I left 10 days early. Property mananger could care less. I will never deal with Vrbo again. Obviously they do not require high standards in their properties.

Three of us came down with Covid, although the owner still allowed us to come, I did not want to risk giving it to anyone else. We did not go. We were charged the entire fee including cleaning.

Heated pool

House was clean, owner was nice, Pool was heated to 82, the pool guy one day bumped it up to 87 but for April evenings it was still chilly. Mentioned to home owner day 2 of stay it did not change. Previous reviews mentioned clubhouse use, we were told the key was not returned so we couldn’t use it. House had some cosmetic repairs needed. Overall good experience just learned to ask more questions next time.

The house was just as pictured and was so clean and renovated! Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Pool was nice and fenced yard was great for the dogs! Phenomenal. Relaxing. Kids had great time in pool. Teenage kids great to have secondary bedrooms away from master because they stand up and PlayStations most nights.

Amazing house for a family vacation

Just wow! Honestly we thought the property looked too good to be true, but it was even better in person. By far the best rental we’ve stayed in in the last few years. This smart home has beautiful finishes, nice bedrooms, awesome showers! Kitchen was a legit dream and completely packed with everything you could possibly need. Fully loaded linen closets, we brought way more than we needed. This place was spotless and we felt like a lot of thought went into preparation. Like a brand new home on your favorite HGTV show! It’s not on the water but it’s in a very convenient location to everything. We went inland for better rates and feel like we definitely got the better deal! We hit Siesta and Turtle beaches (for shells) before they closed for COVID 19. There’s a great community pool but we never got the chance to use it. We all enjoyed the private smart TVs at bedtime and it gave you that hotel feel. Kenia was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay longer!
