The unique "through & through" floor plan of this fully furnished condo has both Gulf of Mexico views and Sarasota Bay/Downtown Sarasota from terraces on each end of the condominium. Located in the immaculately kept grounds of the gated and prestigious L'Elegance on Lido Beach. The residence opens into a large open living/dining/foyer area with an abundance of natural light and views to delight. All three bedrooms, living room, and kitchenette open to outdoor terraces with plenty of seating area to relax and appreciate morning sunrises and epic sunsets. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and granite counters & backsplash. Full laundry with a new LG washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. This unit is the largest in the building boasting 2230 SqFt (2570 SqFt including both terraces) with three full baths. I have been visiting Sarasota since the mid-1970's, and think Lido Key is "THE" place to visit and vacation. L'Elegance is also the premier property on the Key.
What makes this property unique
Gated and secure with underground parking and amazing grounds. Great location on the key and beach with very close access to St. Armand's Circle.
