Spacious family fun home

Lots of room to spread out in this big colonial. Two living rooms allow simultaneous activities. Play games or watch a movie in one, have a quiet chat or read a book in the other. Plus there is a front and back deck. And lots of lawn to find a quiet corner to read a book or take a nap. Did you really come here with eight other people? You’ll never know it until you meet up for dinner around the barbecue!
Three roomy bedrooms and two and a half baths, plus an outdoor shower make washing up relatively stress free. Although there might be some competition for the outdoor shower. Who can resist bathing under the big blue sky?
Comfortable furnishings, colorful decor, fully applianced kitchen, art on the walls, comfortable beds, lots of pillows all to help you unwind and relax.

Sand toys and boogie boards will keep the kids busy at the beach. Netflix and Amazon Prime for those lazy evenings. Just relax!

Very nice rental

House was ideal for a summer beach vacation. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, nice deck and outdoor shower, short drive or bike ride to the Charlestown town beach. Helpful owner. We would stay again.

Beach visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Prefect for a large group (really nice to have three bathrooms)and we had sunny warm days which we fully took advantage of - different beach every few days. Many restaurants to choose from so we didn’t cook every meal at house but the few we did worked out well.

Comfortable stay in Charlestown

My family and I had a great time staying here. The location is gorgeous, a short ride from multiple beaches and outdoor spaces. The house is comfortable and we loved grilling on the back deck! The central AC was quite nice on the hotter days. We'd gladly stay here again.

Saved my summer!

This house saved our summer! We had so much fun in the area and quick access to the beach! The owner was amazing! Very responsive and gave us great tips and what to do in the area! The house is very clean, with many rooms and has all the needs for a beach house!
