Playa del Carmen's soft sandy beaches and famous 5th Avenue are only a quick 10 minute walk away! At the end of the street you will find the most exquisite spa in the area to make your vacation complete and relaxing. The spa services available are facials, massages, hydrotherapy, beauty salon, steam rooms, Jacuzzi, restaurant and much more. If you decide to enjoy in the tranquility that this spa has to offer fees are applicable. Rent Villa Caballero next door and sleep 12 in total!

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is spacious and bright with marble floors and air conditioning throughout. There is a double size sofa bed available! The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and granite counters. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry area equipped with washer and dryer. The glass table in the dining area seats 6-8 people comfortably. Both the living and dining area have access to a private terrace with a fan to keep you comfortable on those hot days and nights. With a touch of Mexican decor, the living area provides a comfortable seating area with sky satellite TV, DVD player, and a stereo surround system.

Additional services: The guest bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 queen size beds and a full private bath. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, with a king size bed, private terrace, walk-in closet and a full private bathroom. The master terrace overlooks the garden area and cenote-style pool below. Upon request and availability we can offer you an in house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service and an in house masseuse. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival!

Larger groups welcome! Rent Villa Caballero next door and sleep 8 additional guests!

*Electrical consumption will be monitored. In the case of excessive use it could be charged to the guest. Please turn off AC when you leave the condo for the day!

Great in spite of the rain.

Larger, brighter and better than advertised. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and everything you'd need for a great holiday. Angela was very helpful after our arrival and gave great tips about local activities. Security into the gated community made us feel very safe after our arrival, however ensure you have a QR code if self driving to get in the first time. 15-20 minutes to 5th avenue and the beach. Oxxo supermarket 2 minutes from the villa is ideal for just about everything.

Villa Benson - a comfortable home away from home

We have been renting the Villa Benson for a number of years for an extended period of time between January and April each year. The home is very well appointed with modern appliances and and all of the comforts of home, including wifi and a gas bbq, both of which we use extensively. It has a small but comfortable patio on which you can dine and from which you look out onto a beautiful courtyard and meandering swimming pool. This property is located in a gated and very safe neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Within one city block, there is a plaza with a convenience store, as well as several eateries. The property manager is very responsive and deals with any issues that might arise promptly. I highly recommend this lovely home.
