Sprawl out in front of the flat-screen Smart TV while the chef in your group cooks dinner in fully equipped the kitchen. Once the plates are cleared, retire to one of 3 bedrooms - each with its own unique perk.

Great place for a family

As a family of six, we often look for two to three bedrooms condos in Grand Valley. We have stayed near these condos before, but this was our first time at this particular condo. The condo is well stocked, super cozy, and perfect for a family of six. The communication was stellar about check-in and checkout procedures. We were very pleased with the location, the condo, and our stay. Also, the beds in the two downstairs rooms were super comfortable!

4302 Summit, Grandby

For the most part, this three bedroom condo was adorable and perfect for our needs. Well laid out and comfortable. The large table and chairs between the kitchen and living room couch served very well, not only for sister, cousin, wife, child, myself and girl friend to break bread together . . . but also to host a few great games of Monopoly. If I had any constructive suggestions for improvement, they would be for the owner to supply more than two kitchen trash bags and to place a foam rubber bumper on the corner of the bedframe that sticks out, closest to the bathroom attached to that bedroom. It could be our clumsiness, however my girl friends and my shins clearly show signs of a few collisions, as well as a trip to urgent care. Again, other than those two concerns . . . Weekend Get-Away

We had a great stay in Granby Ranch. The condo is compact but worked well for our group of 7. Beds are comfortable, and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen table only seats 6, but there are chairs at the countertop for additional people. Unit was clean and they provided most things (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap), but make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We would definitely come back again another time.

Communication

Place was ok, however, communication from our guest contact was poor. She said they were closed for holidays but if that’s true then why not a backup? Was wanting an early check in and no response and could never find remote to tv and two other tvs couldn’t get to work. Also note there isn’t shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is common at every place we stay so never thought to check. Which made us wonder, how often people don’t shower, stay here and sit without showering…
