I actually think that this was the cleanest vrbo place that I have rented. I rent from vrbo and other places probably 6 or more times a years. This was the cleanest, easiest place to rent. Will definitely keep it in mind for next time.

We loved the cleanliness and the amenities of our condo. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. I traveled with my daughter and son-in-law and they’re too small children and the accommodation was absolutely perfect for all of us. Also enjoyed the beach chairs and the beach umbrellas and the toys. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Just not during the week I want to come.

The unit was advertised as a 3/2. We were not aware that the only way to get to the 3rd bedroom was through the master bedroom.We had all adults in the unit and the bedroom arrangement did not work for us. We would never have rented the unit had we known.Don’t know if we missed it in the ad. We were totally disappointed. Next time we will read the fine print. A 3 bedroom to us means separate bedrooms.

Very nice vacation home!

This is a beautiful, well kept property. Great location and amenities, only a few steps to the ocean and pool. I’m was very impressed with how nice the unit was. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations, good location near St. Augustine.

Property was as described. All the comforts of home in a very attractive setting. Quick walk to the ocean for all those sunrises and near old St Augustine history and restaurants.

Great place and ammenities were good. Location is excellent.......beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. Only suggested improvements would be:1) remove misc. stuff sitting around. Also, cabinets full with no place for our food items, etc.2) second bedroom mattress is not good. Need new mattress.

Hello We're glad that you enjoyed your get away. A new mattress was purchased and put in spare bedroom. Yes, my kitchen is full of dishes and pots and pans for my guests. The pantry is recommended for guests to use to put your groceries in. There are very little things laying around my condo. I take great pride is decorating our place to make it homey for my guests.

Good golf & beach location

Facilities has 4 beautiful pools and easy access to beach. Condo had everything you needed in kitchen, games and beach toys/chairs. Location was good for getting to St. Augustine and Crescent Beach.

Perfect beach vacation

Everything was wonderful! The condo was very clean and has everything you might need, even beach chairs and pool floats. Short walking distance to the beach. Butler beach was great for our family vacation.

Beautiful Place

We had a great time during our stay at 41 Las Palmas. The place was clean, there were clear instructions when we arrived, and the walk to the beach was easy. Our kids loved the pools and the workout room was a plus. We would definitely come again.
