CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN AT OUR CABIN FOR YOUR SAFETY. If you're looking for a cabin with plenty of relaxation options including a new PAVER PATIO WITH FIRE PIT for making your time together special, then Evergreen Princess is the cabin for you. With three bedrooms , a newly added loft bunk room , and three baths, the cabin offers plenty of space and privacy for up to 9 guests.

Location:
Evergreen Princess will get you out of the hustle and bustle along the parkway, while still only being a short drive away. The cabin is three miles off the Pigeon Forge Parkway off Dollywood Lane or Upper Middle Creek Rd, Sevierville. Evergreen Princess is only a 10 minute drive to Dollywood and Splash Country.

You’ll find activities galore along the parkway: shopping outlet centers, museums, dinner shows, mini golf, helicopter rides, zip-line tours, go-carts and so much more!

You can be in Gatlinburg in approximately 10 minutes from Evergreen Princess where you can find Ripley's Aquarium, plenty of great restaurants, and things to do.

Accommodations:
Evergreen Princess can comfortably sleep 9 people, with three bedrooms and a new loft bunk bedroom, and three full bathrooms.

Main floor: two bedrooms- both queens Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Upper floor: one king bedroom and bathroom as well as the loft bunk room with a double on the bottom and twin on the top.

There is so much to do nearby in the Smoky Mountain area. There is also plenty for your group to do right at Evergreen Princess including , foosball, a Multicade Game w/ 60+ games, hot tub, roast marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit (wood provided), and corn hole bean bag toss.

There are televisions in every bedroom as well as in the living room.

Perhaps you or some in your group would prefer some relaxation. Enjoy the private hot-tub out on the covered screened in porch. Light up the fireplace and lose yourself in a good book in front of the fire. Perhaps the best relaxation is to be had simply by sitting out on the back screened porch swinging on the swing enjoying all the sounds of nature. We just added a beautiful new paver patio with a fire pit and dining area for your family time.

With a dining table for 8 and a additional table and chairs on the screened porch there is plenty of seating for all. Evergreen Princess has a well equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. For your convenience, the following is available for your use:

We love the evergreen princess! It’s clean and the location is good! It’s far enough out in the woods with no neighbors but close enough to everything to have fun! The view is great and the back porch is my favorite!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. There was plenty of room for all of us and we each had our own beds. We use the fire pit outside nightly. It was wonderful that we could see the fireworks from Dollywood. The cabin was clean and well-kept.

Great stay

We used the cabin as a gateway to the national park. We were within driving distance of pigeon forge and gatlinburg and the north side of the park. The cabin was nicer than our home! We loved the space inside and privacy outside. We will look to stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. Parking was great, choice of gas or charcoal grills, anything you could need in the kitchen. Favorite place was on the patio sitting around the firepit. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

More than enough room for two teen dancers and their moms. All the comforts of home plus some. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit immensely. Bonus points for being conveniently located to the convention center too!

Cute cabin in the mountains that makes you fell like you have no neighbors. Loved the driveway to get to the cabin! The view from the patio was amazing. Loved being able to see the nightly Dollywood fireworks from the hot tub.

Family trip to Gatlinburg

The location was great! Really secluded and private. The kids enjoyed exploring around the property in the woods. The house was older than we had anticipated and as a family that has lots of allergies, the house had a mold smell. The fire pit area was great to sit and relax around.

Peaceful location so close to so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. It truly was 10 minutes from Dollywood. We had purchased a multi-day pass to Dollywood and just used it in the evenings so were able to zip right in and out. Property manager was easy to work with. We did day trips to Smoky Mountains National Park and also Townsend area (for swimming in the river and doing some cave exploring).

Lovely Property

We enjoyed our time spent at the Evergreen Princess. The location made it easy to get to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home was quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The home was well appointed with all you need. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very convenient for our family.

Fresh mountain air

Well stocked, clean property. An oasis that felt far, far away from the crowds of this area. Yet, only a few minutes to get back to the main drags. The firepit (wood provided) was the star of our show. Cool nights around the fire, sipping beverages, was the perfect cap to every evening. Would I stay here again? Heck yeah.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. As soon as we arrived, we realized we had chosen the right place to spend our week in Pigeon Forge. The screened in porch was a great place for our 6 year old granddaughter and 21 month old great granddaughter to play without being bothered by insects. The firepit was nice and the grill was top notch. Clean too. The cabin was very cozy and clean with plenty of bathrooms to go around. You will not be disappointed with this place. Very convenient to get to town. We definitely want to stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

We loved the location of the cabin. The roads to get there were a little narrow, but not horrible. The trees provided plenty of privacy from other cabins, and the view off the back patio was amazing! We got to watch the fireworks every night! Our daughter loved it! The bed my husband and I slept in wasn't the most comfortable, but it worked. The kitchen had everything we needed for the little bit we cooked. The washer/dryer ended up being a blessing to have! Overall, it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely book again.

Awesome Thanksgiving Week

This property had many good surprises. We brought paper towels, toilet tissue and Kleenex and didn’t have to use any of our things. The kitchen had every kind of pan, dish and baking dishes for the Thanksgiving Feast I cooked there. We all enjoyed our outdoor time unfortunately due to high winds and dry conditions we were unable to build fires in the fire pit. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great cabin with amazing outdoor space

We really enjoyed our time at the Evergreen Princess. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but still feels secluded and away from the hustle and bustle (we were glad to be driving SUVs on the mountain road). Our favorite part was the amazing outdoor space. We ate the majority of meals on the screened porch (bonus if it rains because you can still be outside). The kids loved the swing and the adults loved the hot tub. The patio with the fire pit and gliders was a wonderful spot to relax each night. This was our first time to the area and Pam was great to work with. We would definitely book again!

Tennessee vacation

My family had a very good time being together in this cabin it was secluded and private. It was a little difficult getting to the top of the mountain, but we had no accidents or problems. The hot tub was used and enjoyed as well as the fire pit. we sat outside every night And enjoyed the stars. The air conditioning in the house was good and we have no complaints about that. I accidentally left a few shirts in a drawer and was hoping to get them back.

Beautiful and relaxing area

The cabin is very nicely located. You'll feel secluded, but it's super close to all of the action when you want to make the short drive. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The porch area is perfect for relaxing. Hot tub was very well kept. We loved the fact that we could see the fireworks from Dollywood when we were on the porch at 9:30 pm. Bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated having 3 for our family. The pool table and horse shoe pit were enjoyed by all. The net for ping pong was broken, but we just played pool more! You'll not be sorry if you rent this cabin. It really is wonderful.

Christmas in the smokies!

The entire cabin was completely decorated with a full Christmas tree and Christmas decorations everywhere it was awesome. I'm like most places you stay all the little things were thought of and they had some spices, coffee, and snacks ect. Firewood was there already cut to be used. Very cozy cabin, we had 3 kids and 4 adults. The outdoor fire pit area was awesome. A nice screened in porch area with a beautiful great view. Unfortunately for us, Dollywood canceled the fireworks due to the drought but I presume you'd have a great view of those. There is a nice big parking space so you can turn around. Highly recommend!
