Water Ski House on Private Lake

Live lakefront on Tullio’s Blue Lake water ski outpost. Trick & slalom preferred. No jump here, but we can hook you up within a 45 minute drive. The lot is an acre and facilitates 2 private houses. The lake water is clear, due to its depth of over 60 feet and a white sand bottom. It is connected to the aquifer and is basically a white sand sink hole. You can see bottom at the end of the dock and all around the lake. Enjoy our white sandy beach and lounges. Lakefront sunset views are stunning, most every night the sunset is gorgeous. Watch it travel to the solstice’s. The lake is quiet, there is no public boat launch or access. The Lake is mostly used by the competitive water skiers who are residence on the lake totaling 3 ski boats and 3-4 skiers. Enjoy the local flavor of Lake Wales and Winterhaven downtown. Visit Bok Tower, Legoland, the Cypress Garden ski shows, Florida strawberry festival many other great things to do. Centrally located between West Coast and East Coast beaches. Look us up!!!

For the white sand bottom lake with no public access.

What makes this property unique

Love the bird life on the lake, eagles, marsh hens, herons, ibises, ducks, owls, egrets and more. The ibises and there babies hang out in the yard. Blue Lake is a white sand bottom lake, and the water is blue, clear and clean looking. I'm a northerner who feels very comfortable skiing in the lake. Also, there is no public boat ramps or public access to Blue Lake, making lake privacy is really nice. . It not huge, but a nice size, about a half mile long. The lands around the lake are big homes and orange groves. Florida Natural Orange Juice plant is just down the road. Early spring is when the orange blossoms smells the strongest, but you can still enjoy faint aromas all year.
