Perfect Location

We had a great spring break stay with our teens. The location could not have been better. So much more living space and better layout than the properties we considered in River Run and it was literally around the corner. We had a car and easily parked to ski every day. The layout was perfect - spacious living area with gorgeous view, ample bathrooms for all, great bathtubs. Covered parking garage was so handy. It was also very quiet. We enjoyed karaoke night at Steep below with great pizza. Convenience store was awesome! Only negative was the smell of the hallway and the parking garage (outside the unit) was odd like trash but it was not a big deal, we just walked fast. Unit needed a few small maintenance updates but again, the extra space, layout and view was an easy tradeoff. Would definitely stay here again!

More than enough room !!

Loved the condo layout. Room sizes were perfect. Loved the upgraded kitchen as well. Would book this unit again for sure. Also loved the convenience store downstairs.

Nice place, great location

Loved this condo. Large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, probably the cleanest oven/microwave and dishwasher I've ever seen in a rental. Comfy couch. View of slopes is wonderful. Good location - easy walking distance to River Run Village. Also, easy navigation for busses to slopes or even into Dillon/Silverthorne erea. Highly recommend! Property Manager was on site, and very friendly!

Nice place

The unit was very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The building was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are nice and warm/hot. The check in process was a bit old school because you have to stop at the management company on your way into keystone however the management company was very responsive to our request to check in a few hours early. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had no ossues. We would definitely stay there again.
