About this property

Family vacation in a cozy Swedish-style house with a spacious garden

Our house is furnished in a bright, modern country house style and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on a total of 112 m2.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kitchen trolley etc.
As well as the spacious living and dining area with fireplace, TV, Blu Ray player and stereo. Current board games, books, CDs, audio books and DVDs are available. Our house has a WiFi connection.
There is also a guest toilet, as well as a small utility room incl. Washing machine and the exit to our sunny terrace on the ground floor.
The master bedroom (incl. Baby bed) with double bed, as well as the generously designed 2nd Bedroom with a king-size bed, bunk bed and a cozy pirate cave (incl. Toys) with an additional single bed.
Our bathroom with shower and bathtub invites you to relax.

You don't want to do without your favorite music on vacation? No problem! You can easily connect your smartphone, I-Phone, I-pod or I-pad to our music system!


Our 1900m2 garden is suitable for romping, relaxing, yoga, outdoor games, sports and barbecuing and much more.
Various outdoor children's games are available.

Stress-free travel to the island with babies / toddlers with little luggage:

Haus war ok, aber...

Das Haus war grundsätzlich ok, leider war es nicht sauber, Gläser ,Bestecke, Teller alles schmutzig, Boden nicht gewischt, Toiletten nicht sauber, aber am schlimmsten war der total verdreckte Grill den ich erstmal eine Stunde lang gesäubert habe.Falsche Adresse für Schlüssel Abholung,die versprochenen Kindersicherung für Steckdosen faktisch nicht überall vorhanden. Eine Treppemsicherung oben wie unten wäre schön gewesen bei einem Kinderfreundlichen Haus... ebenfalls wäre eine Mikrowelle von Vorteil gewesen.Die Räuberhölle ist bei unseren Kindern jedenfalls sehr gut angekommen.

Schönes helles und geräumiges Haus

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der Garten ist groß und läd zum Toben und Chillen ein - wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Der einzige Mängel ist die Hellhörigkeit des Holzhauses - und der Hahn des Nachbarn, der um 4.30 Uhr anfängt zu krähen.

viel Natur, viel Komfort

ein sehr schönes Haus aus Holz mit viel Platz und Gartenwiese rundum in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben es genossen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in einer halben Stunde am Strand, der allerdings auf Fehmarn recht schmal ist im Vergleich zu anderen Ostsee-Inseln.

Erholsame Tage in Avendorf

Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit herrlichem Garten. Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen hier verbracht und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet diverse Spielsachen und Bücher für kleinere Kinder. Großzügiges Badezimmer, hier fehlt allerdings ein Regal oder andere Abstellflächen. Moderne Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man auch mal Freunde zum Grillen einladen kann. Hierfür steht auch ein großer Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Zur Unterhaltung stehen Bücher und Spiele bereit, außerdem ein internetfähiger Fernseher, Blueray-Player, PS3 und Bluetoot-Lautsprecher. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, um alles zu kochen/backen. Es gibt jede Menge Spielzeug und Bücher für die Kinder. Der Garten ist mega,mit Klettergerust,Schaukel&Co. Dort können sich Kinder richtig austoben und sogar Kaninchen sehen.. Lage perfekt, um jeden Strand erreichen zu können. Ruhig und sehr gemütlich!!! Sehr empfehlenswert

wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus und der ruhigen Lage . Es war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist das Grundstück ideal. Unsere Enkeltochter hat sich ausgiebig mit den zahlreichen Spielsachen und den auch qualitativ guten Kinderbüchern beschäftigt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 7 Minuten beim nächsten Einkaufzentrum. Die Insel bietet insgesamt viel Abwechslung

Kurzer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus :-)
