Luxurious 4200 Sq Ft 6 Bedroom Mediterannean Villa
Gorgeous 4200 Sq Ft 6-bedroom Mediterranean Villa located on a quiet canyon in Mission Hills. This home has custom ironwork fencing and several balconies surrounding the home along with an outdoor patio that sleeps up to 10 people. The stunning newly renovated designer kitchen and attached family room are a modern and elegant hub for the family!
A dramatic staircase leads to the master suite with views to downtown. Each bedroom features a foam topper mattress and a total of 4 King and 4 Queen plus one sofa double bed. We do charge a per person per day fee for each guest over ten and this must be approved by the host. We vet each group carefully so that there are no events or any possibility of disturbances in our very quiet canyon in respect to our neighbors as we employ video monitors around the outside of property: 1) One that faces to the street that will capture any front yard noise or disturbances, and 2) One in the backyard that faces sideways, not pointed towards the inside of the home. If you're here to create an event or party, this is not the house for you. If you're here for location, tranquility, and luxury, you've found your spot!

The home is dramatic, exquisitely designed, and in a safe and comfortable upscale neighborhood. Within a 5 mile radius, you can attend about 90% of all the famous attractions that San Diego is known for! There are three floors of space, stunning canyon patio/back yard with grill, and wonderful patios throughout the home that are perfect for stepping out and watching the Parrots, observing the Monarch Butterfly Garden, or enjoying a glass of wine with a view.
