This 2-bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue - From the Taste of Delray event to Old School Square and Crest Theater, you will find plenty of activities and world-class dining and shopping. Try the local golf cart service from downtown and you can easily be on your way back home! Also less than a mile from the wide open white sandy beach, SeaBreeze is the perfect hub to enjoy your holiday!

Welcoming and completely updated, this unit features a cozy living room area with a plush sofa and a *Smart TV to unwind at night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals. There is a dining table with seats for four.

This unit enjoys a private patio with 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ grill. Outside the patio gate you can access a shared and beautifully landscaped backyard, outfitted with a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, and a dining area. The perfect space to soak up the sun and create great vacation memories!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all the cookware you need to make a delicious meal at home. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a blender. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Onsite parking spot off the rear alleyway for one car only. This space will only accommodate one compact OR mid size vehicle. No oversized vehicles allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM

DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays.
Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living.

Great place to stay in Delray Beach!

The apartment was exactly what we look for in a vacation rental. Clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. It was also well situated near the center of Delray Beach and close to the beach, too. The heated pool was also great, and it was an additional nice touch to have added amenities like a washer and dryer, both charcoal and gas grills, and even beach chairs, tent and umbrella. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to South Florida!

Quiet, comfy and convenient!

We really enjoyed staying at SeaBreeze! The home is very nice with two bedrooms, two full baths. A nice kitchen and living room. The pool is great for a refreshing dip too! The location is minutes from everything you want to do, so we’ll be back.
