The perfect spot to unplug and just relax with nature. The house was well equipped for anything you would need and the host was awesome. Being able to have our dogs join us on vacation made it the perfect get away.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was thoughtfully provided, even things you may have forgotten from home. John truly went above and beyond to make sure guests had everything they could possibly need. The property itself was so much fun, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

John is kind and genuine. You could not ask for a better host. If you are looking to get away from hectic city living, then this is the place. Being in the North Florida woods, on the Suwanee River is a great way to spend some time relaxing. Bring food, and a swimsuit. You won’t need much else. Because the cabin is so well stocked with everyday essential items, if you forget something it’s probably there. If you have a boat, the ramp is close and so are the springs. The dock is great place to moor your vessel, or just hold a family gathering. We loved it and so did our dog Penny. Already looking forward to coming back.

This place and our host were great! Everything was very clean, and everything you could want is already provided (and more). We will definitely make this one of our regular spots whenever we need to get away from the city. I highly recommend staying here for a great time!

Great place to stay with friends and family

This was the perfect place for some old friends to meet and catch up while enjoying John's property, hospitality, and cabin. Great location if you want to visit springs, play on the water, or just hang out around a campfire.

This cabin was more stocked and equipped than any rental I've stayed in before. The kitchen was just like walking into your own at home, plenty of utensils and seasonings and pans. The host left us s'mores supplies and the kids loved that. The firewood was plentiful for the firepit and there were many areas to choose from for hanging out. The kids had plenty to do! I don't think I realized the waterfront dock would be a small hike or drive down the trail but that could have been my misunderstanding. We loved our stay. It was beyond comfortable, clean and accommodating. The host was very responsive and proactive.

Feels Like Home – A Perfect Getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay—again! This was our second time renting, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The house was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and so comfortable. The owner is genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Wonderful Florida Outdoor Stay

If you are into the Florida outdoors this is the place for you. Nature oriented, very clean, kid and family friendly place. The owner has thought of everything - there’s are games, everything you can think of in the kitchen. There is lot of exploring, we saw turkeys and deer the first day we arrived. Everyone loved our stay and We cannot wait to go back

This is a great property for hanging out at night with friends. The air conditioner doesnt work below 75 but its a comfortable time of year for no ac. Pet friendly and nice private river spot.
