We greatly enjoyed our visit at the Boots cabin. It was a perfect place for our large family with a baby and preschoolers. The hot tub was a treat after hiking . We appreciated the close proximity to Medora which made coming and going very easy. Our host was very attentive to my questions. The Boots cabin was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of kitchen pans and gadgets which made cooking easy. Lots of room with the long countertops for serving the crew. The views are amazing. Sunset on the east side and sunrise over the buttes on the west side. The decks are huge. We love to come back again.
It’s an amazing location. Close to Medora. The cleanliness could definitely be improved. Bathroom toilets and showers weren’t very clean. Kitchen also. Floors too! Spa was very clean but much improvement needs to be done inside the home. Beds were comfy! Lots of space.
Great location, price was very reasonable this time of year for three couples total. Evenings on the deck were fantastic. Needs some cleaning though. The north bedroom we stayed in had dust bunnies and misc hair/fuzz covering the entire area under the bed. That bedroom’s bathroom has mildew/mold growing on the base of the shower between the toilet and the shower. Kitchen area had crumbs and other solids along the mop boards when we arrived. The other two couples with us had other cleanliness issues that I don’t have enough characters to list, the tenants downstairs (full time rental we were told) got into some kind of domestic disagreement that led raised voices then one vehicle tearing out of there spraying gravel and dust everywhere. Kinda dampened the mood for all of us in the deck. Medora is a fantastic place to visit; and I would stay here if you can’t find anything else, but that would be the only reason.
The location was excellent for our stay in Madora. We loved the hiking nearby and enjoyed all Madora North Dakota had to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
What a great stay great place comfortable beds new hot tub and everything you need we love it here stayed many times now as we rode horse on all the trails !
We loved to view from the porch, saw wildlife a few times in 3 days. Location was great. Medora is an adorable town. We enjoyed the park, Maah Daah Hey trail and Theodore’s restaurant. Recommend!
