Loved this place and will stay again if we go back to the Keys. Gated community with golf cart to go to the pier with great community resources, grills and sitting areas. Favorite part was the lagoon in the middle of the community not far from the screened in back porch. Full of fish you can swim with and calm beach area that is clean and nice with shade when you need it. We didn’t want to leave this place. Highly recommend!!

This property is amazing! We loved having the pool and lagoon right outside the back door. Kids had so much fun kayaking. Even more happy they had enough kayaks so everyone was able to go together. The condo was so clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and I love the that curtains keep out the morning light in the bedrooms. The other highlight was the golf cart. Some close activities we liked was swimming with the dolphins and the aquarium encounters.

Amazing getaway.

We wanted to have a nice relaxing end to our family vacation and decided Key Largo was the place. This rental truly felt like home. From the spacious beds and bedrooms to the comfortable couch. lo our family was able to rest. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed. The grounds were very inviting. Would stay again.

Perfect stay!

We rented for spring break and absolutely loved it!!! We had so much space to move around in. The pool was so close. We would definitely stay here again. I will say just to warn anyone. The sand here and all over key largo is not build sandcastle sand.

Perfect for families

Property was conveniently located to lots of activities. Easy access to main road. The pool water temperature was perfect for January. I’m so glad there was a golf cart for use. This was very helpful getting around the property and to the beach area. The beach area was adorable. Loved the tiki hut tables, picnic area and walkout.

Family vacation

We stayed here with 2 families. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. The check in and out process was very easy. Pools and kayaks were very accessible and the kids enjoyed them. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

Very happy and restful stay

We had a great four day stay at the property. It’s a ver well maintained condo with great amenities and good maintenance. Martha is a great host and was very responsive to our queries before and during the stay. The community is very nice, great people, good security and great options to relax and enjoy by the water. Very clean and worked very well for 4 adults and would work well for a family with children. The living room had great TV and kitchen to watch Super Bowl! Right across from pool so just a few steps to house to take a break. The golf cart was good to ride to jetty to watch sun set!

Perfect family vacation spot

Martha’s property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to anything you may need and the property had tons of entertainment for our kids. Check in was a breeze, the home was comfortable and could have slept many more comfortably, our kids were asking to bring friends with us next time. The lagoon was beautiful and easy for our kids to safely kayak and snorkel. Definitely book this place, you won’t regret it! Martha and her husband are excellent hosts!

Great home base for adventures in the upper Keys!

We chose this property thanks to the great reviews and they were well-earned! The unit was spotless and so well-stocked with everything we needed from cookware to pool towels to fans and extra blankets so everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet and a mix of renters and retirees staying at their own properties. We tried lots of restaurants recommended by our host and the neighbors, and really enjoyed being just steps from the pool each afternoon when we returned from that day’s adventures. We would definitely recommend this property!

Family getaway

Beautifully updated place, perfect for our family of 4. We loved the lagoon and being able to use kayaks was great, as was the use of the golf cart. The claim of a private beach area is misleading, was really just a patch of sand. The jetty was cool and snorkeling there as well as the lagoon was fun. Would definitely recommend taking a snorkeling tour out to the reefs!

Nice place

This place was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Steps away from the pool. Use of your own golf cart which we drove to the jetty to look at the ocean. You can use the small kayaks they have to paddle around the lagoon, saltwater lake. We also did our morning walks around the lagoon and to the ocean and back. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Florida Family Fun!!!

We stayed at this amazing property Feb. 20-27. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons. The home had everything we needed and was cute and cozy. So much to do onsite and close by. Our grandsons loved it and the rest of us did too. The highlight was a barbecue down by the ocean, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the full moon rise up out of the ocean. Having the golf cart to ride down to the jetty to see the sunrise every morning was a plus. So many good things about the Florida Keys🙂

Perfect for family

We had a 4 night stay here and it was wonderful. The place was clean, updated and had everything we could need for the quick trip. The pool right outside the door was excellent. The only thing I would change are the pillows and the mattress in the second room. The primary room had a king with twin bunks and that matress was AMAZING but it worked best for our kids to take that room so we took the second one. You couldn't move without it squeeking. :) Other than that we have zero complaints. Thank you so much!

Great Vacation Spot

We took a last minute trip down to the keys with another couple and this condo was great. The owner was very great to work with, emailed a few times before we left for vacation and was available via text through out our stay if we had an issue. The condo was very clean and decorated so nicely! The space was great where we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other in the shared spaces. We loved that the pool was so close to the unit and the property was very clean. Condo was close to several great bars/restaurants. Hoping to get back there soon with the kids!
