About the host
Hosted by Scott Cullins

Juliet and I moved to Idaho from Los Angeles in 1999. It was quite a culture shock.
In the fall of 2015, Juliet and I decided to convert our home into a vacation rental. We had raised our two boys in this home, but had recently moved to Park City, UT, for work. We love this home and we love Teton Valley. We visiting often and love to share our home with adventure seekers from all over the world!
The conversion to a vacation rental was a challenge as we now lived 4-1/2 hours away. In order to furnish the home, we spent weeks hunting for quality furniture in the Greater Salt Lake area—some new and some used. I have a truck, now, but at the time all I had was an Audi wagon, so collecting the furniture was quite the experience. Once we had everything purchased, we rented a U-Haul truck and loaded it up and took it to Idaho. In one weekend, we had a fully-furnish home!
We moved to Idaho in 1999, from Los Angeles, when the boys were babies. I'm a California native and Juliet was born in Queens, New York, and moved to Los angeles when she was 13.
Los Angeles is a great city, but we wanted to raise our kids in the country. We love the outdoors and, after touring the west in a motorhome, we decided to move to the Teton Mountains area of Idaho!
We love to ski, mountain bike and hike and Teton Valley was a great place to raise the kids.
In 2011, with the economy in shambles, we moved to Park City Utah for employment opportunities. Both our boys were competitive freestyle skiers and thrived with all the skiing, educational and cultural opportunities Utah offered.
It was a great move but we still consider Teton Valley our home and would love to share it with you!
