Dear Sam, thank you so much for letting other guests know how awesome the Great Desert Escape Villa by Resort Home Destinations was. PGA West is a very upscale guarded and gated community and requires advance notice before guests arrive at the Gate. As you stayed during the Stagecoach Festival (which was awesome!) we did take extreme measures to communicate the process before booking, on arrival and during the guest stay so that none of our guests would be inconvenienced at the Gate during such a busy time. The Gate is very diligent ensuring only those guests pre approved to be on the premises are allowed entry for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Thanks again!

Dear Josh, Thank you so much for your incredible loyalty and kind words! It means the world to us that you continue to choose Resort Home Destinations for your stays. We are thrilled to hear that you find our service to be consistently above and beyond, and that our homes always meet your high standards. Your trust and continued patronage are greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more perfect stays! Warm regards, The Resort Home Destinations Team
