About this property

First floor apartment with south-facing terrace approx. 200 m to the beach

Our ground floor apartment with terrace for 4 people is located on the quiet south side of the apartment complex Beach Apartment Callantsoog, only about 100 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The modern, approx. 65 m² apartment was lovingly renovated from September 2011 and mostly newly furnished. Further modernizations and equipment are carried out continuously.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large living / dining room with kitchenette including ceramic hob and microwave.

In the cozy living area there is a flat screen TV, on which you can also receive German programs and a stereo.

A washing machine and dryer are in a common room and can be used with brands available from the caretaker.

Four chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol are available for the terrace.

Kurze Auszeit in gepflegter Anlage

Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, vor Ort ist jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner und die Kommunikation klappte tadellos. Um an den Strand zu gelangen muss man über eine Düne spazieren, 100 Meter sind eher Luftlinie Aber das Meer entschädigt für alles

Eine wirklich schöne kleine Ferienwohnung!

Völlig entspannter check in, weil wir frühzeitig eine Mail mit detaillierten Hinweisen (Code für die Parkschränke, Schlüsselbox, Kontakt vor Ort....) bekommen haben. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gepflegt in einem Appartement Komplex direkt am Strandaufgang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Tolles Apartment in super Lage

Der Aufenthalt war klasse, es fehlte nichts. Für Kinder sind die Spielmöglichkeiten im Innenhof super. Die Nähe zum Strand (5 Minuten) und in den Ortskern (10min) sind ebenfalls positiv. Leider keine Ladesäule auf dem Gelände vorhanden , auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz 100m entfernt gibt es aber eine. Passt also. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Gute und moderne Ausstattung, gute Lage direkt hinter dem Deich. Sichtgeschützte Terrasse ruhig nach hinten raus. Eigener Parkplatz. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern kleiner Spielplatz im Innenhof.Ins Dorf zum Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants ca 10 min Fußweg. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, mit Teenager würden wir allerdings nicht nochmal kommen. Da wird im Ort dann einfach zu wenig geboten.

Het was een prima verblijf. Helaas was de badkamer koud, omdat de radiator het niet deed. De achterdeur tochtte nogal, ook terwijl hij op slot zat. De service was goed, want we kregen een elektrische kachel voor de badkamer.

Wir waren nun zum wiederholten Male in dieser Wohnung und schätzen die Wohnung und die Lage sehr. Es passt einfach für uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig und die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir können diese Wohnung für 4 Personen auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Da wir im letzten Jahr schon einmal da waren, kannten wir schon die Umgebung und die Gegebenheiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand. Für die Kids ist das spielen im Sand das Größte. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eisdiele und Restaurants sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Top Lage

Normalerweise sind wir immer in Bergen, NH. Aber dieses Apartment hat besonders aufgrund der Lage zum Strand überzeugt. Beim check-in war kein Schlüssel in der vorgesehenen Box - das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben, da der Ansprechpartner nur 1 Minute entfernt war und mit dem Rad kam. (Er wohnt sonst auch in dem Apartment-Komplex.) Zur Einrichtung: Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer passte, unserer Meinung nach, nicht dazu - aber da sind die Geschmäcker eben auch verschieden. Insgesamt ist das Apartment super ausgestattet- es fehlt an nichts. Hinterm Deich befindet sich direkt der Strand, sodass wir von der mini “Terrasse” keinen Gebrauch gemacht haben. Parkplatzsituation auch top, da man Koffer und Einkäufe direkt in die Wohnung tragen kann. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Callantsoog. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt direkt hinterm Deich. Im Sommer sicherlich richtig super! Bei uns war das Wetter durchwachsen, aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts.😉 Also alles prima, vielen Dank!

Why they chose this property

Callantsoog ist ein toller Ferienort, insbesondere für Familien. Von hier aus kann man vielfältige Aktivitäten starten, egal ob nach Amsterdam zu den vielen tollen Museen und hübschen Cafes, nach Texel zum Leuchtturm mit den ewigbreiten Strand, ans Ijselmeer mit den wunderhübschen kleinen Orten, nach Alkmaar zum Käsemarkt oder ins vornehme Bergen. Unser persönliches Highlight ist immer eine Radtour nach Huisduinen zum Restaurant de Storm. Wer die Landschaft in England liebt, wird die Ecke wie wir besonders mögen 🤩.

Unsere Wohnung ist nicht einzigartig, aber für uns ganz besonders, weil wir sie für unseren Geschmack sehr gemütlich eingerichtet haben und es uns ein Anliegen ist, sie auch immer wieder aufzufrischen, damit andere und wir uns selber wohl fühlen.
