We loved this property and would love to stay there again next time we are in town. The bungalow was perfect for our family with a well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were perfect. The shower has great water pressure and the air conditioning in the house was able to keep up even in the 100 degree days. The decorations in the property added to the cheery atmosphere. The host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful stay in Provo!

We spent 2 nights in this property and wish we could have stayed longer. Property is extremely clean, well located, and has everything you might need for great stay (kitchen is amazing!). Would most definitely stay there again.

Family get together

We were in town with extended family for an event at The Covey Center. The bungalow was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable and a great location, walking distance to the center and multiple restaurants! We also highly recommended Mosida MarketButcher Bloc for breakfast or lunch!

Fantastic for a family stay.

Super clean, beautiful home!

Beautiful home with plenty of room. Super clean!! Had a minor issue with the hot water heater, but it was handled promptly:) We felt a little odd using the back yard because of the shared space. We were there for my daughter's graduation so it was a perfect location to all the events and others activities. We would definitely stay again. Puzzles are a great idea! Thank you!

Wonderful, comfortable house.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate (what light switches turned on what, etc). The owner was wonderfully responsive as well. Will absolutely stay here again on future trips.

Wonderful stay in Downtown Provo - definitely recommend

My mom, sister and I spent three nights at this charming bungalow while visiting Provo. We were very comfortable - there was plenty of room and it was well-appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully renovated! We loved the decor and felt right at home. There is a little street noise at night, but I played some white noise on my phone and slept well.

BYU Getaway

The house was great. Very clean, and beautifully renovated. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. I loved all of the pretty wood doors and wood finishes. We came up to Provo to attend a BYU football game and visit our daughter. It was great because we had somewhere to hangout with our whole family instead of a cramped hotel room.

Cool bungalow

Great, very responsive hosts. Well appointed, fun bungalow. Only slight downside is that it is on a busy road. The road noise isn't really noticeable from inside the bungalow, but there are no "views". Still, easy walk to downtown Provo if you like walking (10 minutes). Beautifully and interesting decor.

Immaculate and cozy

The property was immaculate! It also smelled really good which we appreciate. We had enough space for adults and teens to be comfortable for the weekend (gathering space and personal space). Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed- and more. The location was great for getting to where we needed to be in Provo and access to the 15 was quick and easy. Although the property is on a busy street, we were not bothered by street noise. The property manager was friendly, accessible, and helpful. We would stay again and we recommend this property if cleanliness, comfort, and convenience are your priorities.

Beautiful home and very comfy accomodations. Central location is good but not for someone who wanta to feel secure. Master bedroom sheets have permanent stains and holes. This time the house had a dog smell that every one noticed.

A lot of greatness packed into a small house

We were completely satisfied with everything about this great little place. They have made extensive updates so it was comfortable, cool and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Fireplace was a big hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The managers were close by so it was easy to get questions answered quickly. Loved it. Coming back in a few weeks it was so good.

This is such a charming house and it is as gorgeous as the pictures denote. Everything is top quality. The beds and the bedding are top notch. Every inch of this home has had a tasteful remodel or renovation. Bedrooms are not massive so you will not find a king here. Seems like they were full size beds. We made it work. Even though the home is on a busy street the nights were extremely quiet and conducive to wonderful sleep. The well-appointed kitchen was the entire reason that we chose this place and it will not disappoint you. The TV was great. The bathrooms were amazing. Great closet room for your clothes. Parking was easy.... one spot in front and one spot behind the home. This location is amazing because you can walk to so many things. There is a grocery store across the street practically. You can walk to good places to eat and points of interest in Provo. This is a great place for a family of 6 or less and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent place to stay within walking distance of grocery, numerous restaurants, and parks. Place was clean and very charming. Was a little supprised it was on a busy commercial street and there is an occupied seperate downstairs basement however didnt have any issues staying quite in the home and was inconsequential. Definately would stay again.

Character and Convenience

I stayed at this property with an adult child and we could not have been happier with it! It is convenient to the interstate but also to local restaurants and shops. The home was full of character and beautifully decorated. It was spotless and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable! Would absolutely stay again!
