Please note, our pool and pool deck area were destroyed during an active hurricane season, and we are in the final stages of the pool and pool deck replacement.

As of mid-March 2026, below is the updated timeline for completion provided by our Board of Directors. (Please note we have no ability to change or modify this schedule; it will be updated in the listing should we be notified of any scheduling changes.

Mid-March - April (4 weeks) - Boardwalk construction period

Immediately After Boardwalk Completion: Paver pool deck installation begins

Mid-April: Fence and lighting installation

Late April - Ealy May: Pool interior finish applied

May: Final pool inspection, Permit close-out, Required public bathroom approvals

Final Step: Landscaping installation (trees, turf, plantings)

The spectacular beach in front of you is private as Sandpiper Towers is located on a very quiet stretch of beach where there are no crowds. The sunrises are amazing from the balcony.

Sandy Toes at Sandpiper Towers is located minutes from I-95, for easy access to Orlando, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Beach, or Miami.

NON SMOKING RENTALS ONLY, this includes the balcony area and we do not permit vaping, e-cigarette etc. and no pets permitted. Additional cleaning fees for having any pet onsite or smoking in the unit or on the balcony start at $1,500.00.

We strive to accommodate your needs and try to be flexible with arrival and departure dates, so please contact us and we will do our best to work with you and make your vacation fabulous! During June and July, we typically only accept rentals from Saturday-Saturday, but if you see dates available, feel free to ask for an exception.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We highly recommend guests purchase 3rd party travel insurance. We are not insurance agents but are aware of several companies offering insurance for vacation rentals, you can try securing this through VRBO www.vacationprotection.com, squaremouth.com, travelguard.com or www.insuremytrip.com (which offers “Cancel for any Reason Insurance”) to protect your vacation investment against illness, death, emergency situations etc. You may also select your own travel insurance provider, please read your policy thoroughly to ensure it meets your needs. Note: Insurance should be purchased immediately upon confirming your stay. Your decision not to purchase travel insurance will impact your ability to receive a refund should you cancel your trip for any reason within 60 days of arrival.

Please Note: Parties are never permitted, this property has a RING camera on the front door of the unit which records shorts video clips as well as sound when activated. We also offer a Google Assistant to help with questions about weather, tide schedules, local information, play music etc. It's located in the kitchen, and you can simply say "Ok Google" to activate. This is not a listening device; it is for your convenience but if you are not comfortable you may unplug it at any time.

There is a private/locked storage area within this condo where cleaning supplies and extra linens/towels are kept for the cleaning crew. Access to this closet is not included in the rental, please do not attempt to open the locked closet in the north bedroom. There is another closet in this bedroom as well as plenty of furniture to store your belongings.
