Just minutes from Washington, D.C. Combining all the best ideas from America's greatest cities, it's an exciting, self-contained area with everything you could ask for in a vacation destination. With Wyndham Old Town Alexandria, you can settle in and enjoy the neighborhood or use the resorts close access to a Metro station as a spring board to your adventure around the historic sites of our nations capital.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.


What To Expect:




The resort is conveniently adjacent to the Metro rail and Amtrak rail, so close you can hear the trains!
Parking will be available at the on-site garage limited to one vehicle per unit for $20 a night; spaces are tight if you drive an SUV, truck or van.
This is a timeshare resort. All presentations are completely optional, and not at all required to attend to stay at this resort or enjoy the amenities.


Construction Update:




The resort will be undergoing its first phase of renovation from Jan. 22, 2025 through Apr. 30, 2025. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

Great cozy place

This apartment was better than expected. It was very spacious, had everything I needed for my two week stay and was in the perfect location. I would highly recommend for large groups or long term stays.

Great Home Base

Loved our stay here. The second time my wife and I have been here. Right across the street from the metro, easy access to downtown DC. We didn’t use the car at all except to drive to Mount Vernon. Alexandria is a beautiful city as well with so many great old homes and restaurants. We’ll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location at beginning of King St. Alexandria is a beautiful, historic town. Right across the street from the metro:)) The room was spacious with 2 tv's, king bed, large bathroom and full kitchen. Very much enjoyed our visit, would stay here again! Staff was friendly and accommodating! They are doing some construction on their parking area but its free in the garage:))

Everything was amazing ! great location really comfy for me and it looks exactly as the pictures online. The staff really competent, I wish I could have had more courtesy from the lady on the front desk in the early morning shift but besides that everything was amazing. Thank you ! :)
