With Wyndham Old Town Alexandria, you can settle in and enjoy the neighborhood or use the resorts close access to a Metro station as a spring board to your adventure around the historic sites of our nations capital.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.


What To Expect:




The resort is conveniently adjacent to the Metro rail and Amtrak rail, so close you can hear the trains!
Parking will be available at the on-site garage limited to one vehicle per unit for $20 a night; spaces are tight if you drive an SUV, truck or van.
This is a timeshare resort. All presentations are completely optional, and not at all required to attend to stay at this resort or enjoy the amenities.


Construction Update:




The resort will be undergoing its first phase of renovation from Jan. 22, 2025 through Apr. 30, 2025. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

BED BUGS

BED BUGS!I checked in, unpacked, pulled back the sheets, started ironing, and saw a bed bug near the pillow. I took pictures, imaged search to confirm my suspicion, then killed it with the iron.No other place to go in the area, I had to accept another room. The next day the hotel let me know they brought in pest control and the "results for bed bugs was negative". I did not appreciate that, it felt like gaslighting. Additionally, there was no offer of refund or discount applied. I had to accept a much smaller room with many less features because of the bed bug. They are not open at the point to any financial consideration.I have added this property to the BED BUG registry.

Great, helpful staff and large, roomy suites.

Staff was very accommodating, the rooms were nice and large, and the location of the hotel was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
