This is our second time staying at the resort. Great communication from the staff, the cleanliness of the resort and the beautiful atmosphere will keep us coming back each year.
Very clean and low key. The grounds and facilities were very well kept and just a lovely resort. Will definitely stay here again whenever we are vacationing in the area.
What was just supposed to be a quick hotel stay was an amazing resort getaway, with facility access and central positioning for a lot of our weekend events. Perfect setup for us and the kids, with an extremely relaxing and well-kept environment.
Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect for our Coachella experience! The location offered ideal proximity to the festival grounds - close enough for convenience while maintaining a peaceful retreat atmosphere. While the resort did offer a shuttle service, we opted to use the official Coachella shuttle buses for easier access. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, with exceptional amenities and service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone attending Coachella or visiting the area!
My room was great. Very clean and comfy. I didnt know the kitchen had supplies to take groceries. The onsite market was supper helpful

We enjoyed it.... except you have to go to concierge to get keys and listen to him try sell worldmark.consNoisy between workers early in morning including yelling the F...around pool with kids Older buildings with tile floor crackingPros...Lazy river and one pool open were nice
We continue to stay at this property as it is not only great as a family getaway but also as a team getaway. The staff are all fantastic, it is clean, and the property has everything one would need. As for the person we dealt with booking the property I can't say enough. They checked in prior to see if we needed anything as well as offered themselves during the stay if something came up which nothing ever did. It was a great trip and we look forward to next years stay
Had a nice main floor unit with sunny patio looking onto a pond. Great place for birding - saw white egret, heron, and lots of ducks. Watched amazing sunsets from the patio. Unit was well designed. Loved having a kitchen - it was stocked with basics for cooking. Lots of parking. Golf course (two 18 holes) and restaurant with happy hour close by. Within driving distance of lots of other activities - hiking, golf, art museums, etc. A bit isolated though if you like being in a neighbourhood where you can walk to coffee shops, shops, etc. Overall great value.

Disliked: Staff & service
Never again would I ever stay here. If Motel 6 had a resort, it would look like this place.
I knew I wasnât going to like this place Immediately, and they would not cancel my reservation. The staff needs to be retrained and informed that theyâre in the hospitality business, and what that actually means.
From the airport, I called to see if my room would be ready. She said she didnât have access to that information. I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the resort at 12 oâclock and she tells me I have to come back in two hours To put my Name on a list. You are not able to call in. Checking in is at 4 oâclock. It gets dark at 4:30. Absolutely nothing fancy about this place. Noisy rooms, kids running around screaming and out in the middle of nowhere.
Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Then we just did not answer the phone in the room when it rang so that ended time share for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is lacking things like measuring cups, etc, but had most everything we needed and more importantly, what they had was is good condition and matching. Most all rooms face a nice pond or pool. They do have a small lazy river. We were top floor building 6, end of January for 10 days and it was very quiet at the resort. Outside our building was the tennis/pickleball courts so if you are sensitive to that noise, you might want to avoid building 6-7. I was extremely disappointed that they charged for wifi. In this day and age, I think wifi should be expected and free at all resorts. We are on Rogers network from Canada and declined paying for wifi as we had to âroam like homeâ anyway, but we only received one bar of signal strength while at WordMark Indio resort so could not get work done. Condo is near a very cool 5 mile hike at Indio badlands trailhead. We found the location a little far away from nice restaurants etc. (20 minute drive). King bed was comfortable, Murphy bed very soft.
