This was a very well managed property with great amenities for families. The pools were great as was the lazy river. The property is a bit removed from the rest of the Palm Springs area, but we knew this going in and enjoyed the quieter vibes of the resort. Overall an excellent stay!
The property was easy to find, easy to check-in, tons of amenities, the room was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and it looked out over a very clean and nice pool area. Plenty of parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in Indio/Coachella area.
My cousin and I brought our daughters to enjoy a few days in the desert with several of our aunts. The 2 bdrm unit was perfectly spacious for 4 of us. The grounds were well maintained. As far as check in process, the opportunity to attend a sales presentation was explained, but they did not pressure me once I said no.
Very easy check in at the front desk. Clean unit with a fully stocked kitchen and balcony. Friendly Staff. Close to Fantasy Springs Casino. Small store and grill for convenience.
This property was perfect for our three night stay during a music festival in Indio! It was my husband and myself along with two teenagers. The Murphy bed in the living room was a huge plus as was having two bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with all the utensils and pots/pans needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. Very clean! Nice balcony with a view of a fountain and a small pool. Easy to get to from the freeway and just five miles from the Polo Club where our musics festival was held. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is nice, sound proofing of the appartements is not very good. Staff is not friendlly and check-out is 10am !!! No flexibility to get a check-out at 11am and not even with a smile.
It was a nice place to stay, our unit was clean and comfortable. Great gym and pickleball courts. CHECK-IN IS HORRIBLE. It would have been good to be warned that this is a HIGH PRESSURE SALES OFFICE. We were bombarded with salespeople in a crazy-loud casino-like registration who aggressively advised us that check-in is a 2-part process... first give your credit card, check in and get your room keys (totally normal)... then you have to do Step 2 for your "Welcome Packet" and offer of sangria, wine, and give the guy personal information to get your wristbands so you don't need to "dig around for a room key card". LOL. A ton of elderly people in a time share situation... we DID NOT want that and like I said, would have been nice to be warned.
My son and I stayed two nights in order to watch a few matches in Indian Wells. Our first impression of the unit itself was that it was impeccably clean, fairly quiet, and had the necessary kitchen and dining equipment. The two of us were very comfortable each having a room and a bathroom to ourselves. We heard some noise from neighbors with a common wall, but it was bearable. Our only complaint was the checking in process. There were two steps one was necessary, but the other seemed unnecessary. We were told that we needed to get these bracelets to get to the pool, but we found that our card keys let us in with no problem.Fortunately, we knew that this might happen, and we let be known that we weren't buying anything right from the start.I guess we would stay again. The unit was as good as we've had in the past, even better than most.
It was clean, and convenient to where he wanted to go
The property seemed well-maintained.

Great! All staff courteous and very responsive to our needs.
We are pleased with our decision to stay at the Windham Indio. We appreciated the prompt response of the staff regarding any of our requests. The condo unit was what we requested as well as neat and clean. We utilized the Fitness Center, Ping Pong Table, Market Store and would have played tennis if the weather had permitted.

PERFECT GET-AWAY!
This condo is perfect for a family of 4! We went during spring break and it was very crowded for the first couple days we were there. I recommend getting to the pool by 8 AM during peak season if you want to get a lounge chair. We expected it to be busy since it was during spring break so it didn't bother us.
