The Convention center and Downtown is 20 minutes (13 miles) away, Bush Gardens, Moffitt and USF are 6 - 7 miles away. One of Dr Beach's top beaches is 25 miles away, and you can reach Disney or the Space Coast within a short drive. The airport is about 20 minutes down the veterans....

Our Lutz Cottage has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps eight in about two thousand square feet. It has a pool with a screened lanai with grill and covered sitting area -- so the mosquitoes will not carry you away as you enjoy the great Florida climate.

If you are the out-doors-y type, this is where you would sip your wine. If you are Canadian, this is where you would swim in the dead of winter while Floridians would not dip a toe in the water for six months!

The cottage has groceries and shopping close by in several directions. Dale Mabry highway with more shops than an Indian bazaar is only two miles East as is the Veterans Expressway. Three miles South West is I-275, a quick jump to Downtown, Busch Gardens, USF, St Pete and Clearwater.

Our Lutz Cottage has two king size beds and four twin beds in four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

You will love the master bathroom with its whirlpool tub, glass shower and his and her sinks.

Your guests can slum it in the spare bathroom while you enjoy the bubbles in the the jet tub. Now, don't turn on the switch to the whirlpool until the water in the tub is three inches over the back jet, or there will be a cleanup on isle nine as the water will shoot clear out of the tub!

You must agree to be smarter than the tub!

Sitting out on the lanai by the pool, you can look out at the large back yard and the trees, and if you want to throw a ball or walk the dog, this would be the place to do it.

When escaping the Florida heat, you can relax inside in the AC, and surf the web on our cottage WiFi, or watch Netflix movies on our 48 inch smart TV.

Out front, there is plenty of parking for your relatives on the driveway.

The cottage is fully equipped, so just bring your clothes and food. We supply paper towels, coffee filters and more. There is a tea kettle and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and ironing board if you stay for a while.

If you are an exercise fanatic, there are very pleasant and quiet streets that are great for walking and if you are a glutton for punishment, jogging. There is a great five mile route that we routinely cycle here too.
