Brand new stove (2022), microwave (2022), washer and dryer (2023)! Refreshed in May 2018 with fresh paint, garbage disposal, 8 sets of new fresh towels and new linens!

Escape from the hustle and bustle of big city life for a moment to relish in the stunning views, excellent food and family friendly activity throughout every season of the year. You’ll find our cozy, newly renovated first-floor condominium quaintly nestled between a picturesque view of the evergreen forest and a beautiful body of water, perfect for boating and hiking. Our first floor, rear-facing condo has two full-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk room as well as a queen sized sleeper couch to comfortably sleep eight after a full day at the nearby slopes. The master bedroom houses a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom featuring rubbed bronze faucets and accessories. The second bedroom and bunk room both feature two twin beds, perfectly positioned for the space in each.

Let us provide you a home away from home with a brand new front-load washer and dryer accompanied by a beautifully furnished kitchen showcasing freshly upgraded appliances and cupboards conveniently stocked with everything you’ll need – from pots and pans to dishes, a coffee maker, crock pot, toaster and a microwave oven. We’ll even accommodate your first night by providing coffee, creamers, sugar, tea, popcorn, hot chocolate, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap to help you ease into your stay in Angel Fire.

Whether you’re here to unwind with the peaceful scenery or you’re the active type ready for any adventure, you’ll appreciate the classic bamboo wood floors throughout, the elegant granite counter tops and the lovely wood burning fire place that truly offers a subtle feeling of warmth any time of year. You can also stay entertained with a flat screen TV in the living room and a TV/DVD/VCR combo in the second bedroom, complete with a selection of movies and board games for fun.

You’ll never run out of things to do with the chair lift only minutes away, an expansive golf course right down the street, and delightful shops, restaurants and bars lining every path you take.

Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable with warm linens. It was chilly in the main room- the heater may need looked at but the bedrooms were warm so it was fine.

Spring Break trip

Wonderful property that was perfect for our family of 5 ski trip. Condo location is a 5-7 min walk to the Chili Express lift. Easy for our 8 and 11 year old to do while carrying skis. Condo stocked well and clean. Great ski vacation spot!!!

Perfect play to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Listing is accurate and it's perfect for a family to stay. It's roomy enough for all the luggage and still cozy enough to feel like home away from home. Also close enough to walk to the lifts and the shops. Very clean, updated, and quiet setting. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what we were wanting! Right in the heart of angelfire and minutes from the lift! We took our kids to see the snow because we live in Oklahoma and rarely get any. The place was cozy and everything had been renovated. Will definitely stay there again!!

The closeness of the property to ski resort was great .. walking distance or shuttles. Maintenance on property needs to addressed for safety and cleaning needs to improve. Other than that it’s a great place to stay .

Comfy Condo in the heart of Angel Fire

Reservations and check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t believe how close the condo was to the ski area. Actually, it was so close to anything you’d want; stores, restaurants, etc. Condo was roomy, comfy, and had all the supplies you need for a stay. Loved the layout of the bedrooms and bath, and a great little bunk room for extra sleeping and playing space for younger guests. First floor location and parking just steps from the front door!

Great location clean property

Everything was neat and clean, spacious property for our family ( parents + 3 children = total of 5 people). Really enjoyed and relaxed after all day long snowboarding. Also, we stayed at Christmas, and really liked the decoration and Christmas trees inside the property. One point I would say was that Wireless internet was very slow, this should be improved.

Ski weekend

It was convenient to the shuttle. Very Comfortable master bed. Water had a little odor, not sure if that’s typical for the area? Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. It was super crowded Presidents’ Day weekend and I got injured by a snowboarder so that put a damper on things. But the condo was just fine.

I visited this summer with my family. The unit was very clean and well taken care off. The location was perfect. The bedding was comfortable. They had a welcome basket for us with coffee, hot coco, popcorn, tea and other goodies. The kitchen had nice dishes as well as pots, pans and other utensils. The only down point is that the TV's are hard to use and the internet connection is very slow. Other than that it is a perfect unit. I will definitely go back.

Great ski trip location

The location of the condo for ski slopes was excellent. The shuttle stop was just around the corner. The condo is technically 2 bedrooms with the patio enclosed for an additional bunk bed sleeping are. Bedroom 1 (queen bed) with en-suite bath. Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds) with en-suite bath. Bunk room has one bunk bed (2 twins). The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa as well. The exterior storage closet was great to store skis and snowboards overnight. Bench outside front door was nice to take off ski boots. We would visit again!

Angel Fire Ski resort

Only one problem but beyond control of owner. Someone had stolen the transformer for the Dish System. Being Christmas it took a couple days to get fixed. Owner did send usb to hdmi adapters so we were able to stream “A Christmas Story”.

Great ski getaway

We decided to do a quick vacation for my grandson's first ski trip. Angel Fire was the perfect mountain for that. The accommodations were great. It was close to the base--walkable or short shuttle ride. We liked that this property was on the first floor and the first door off the parking lot--makes it easy when you have gear. Inside, it was all that we needed. The boys loved the bunk beds, and the two baths were great for the 5 of us. Kitchen was well equipped, and we even enjoyed the fireplace. Our dealings with the property owners were great--they were responsive, friendly and helpful. They even made arrangements for us to enter early when we got there sooner than expected. I'd recommend.

We liked the fact that we didn't have a lot of stairs....overall the place was clean with the exception of the coffee maker, kitchen floor needed clean and when we left for the evening we had no parking place.

Nice Property Close to the Resort

Very nice, clean property close to the resort. Beds are very comfortable, and the property is well stocked (great kitchen options, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows). The pull out bed is not very comfortable - but they never are! - so I wouldn't count on that for good sleep. The bathrooms are both located in the bedrooms, so just be aware of that (and there is not a separate door to the bath area -- just to the toilet area). The bunk bed area gets chillier at night than the rest of the property, but it's fine with an extra blanket or two (which they provide). We had teenagers in that area and they thought it was great. The walk up to the resort is doable, but it's all slightly uphill (as are many places in town), so renters might want to scope out the shuttle route if the altitude bothers them. (We just walked in snow boots and carried our ski gear, and were fine. We even walked home for lunch some days.) Nice TV station selection on satellite TV, and the WiFi worked great. The closet for storing ski supplies is a great perk! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property.

Between soccer, baseball, basketball and countless other outdoor activities, it was time to find a relaxing place for our family to come and enjoy some distance from the big city. The moment we saw this condo – we knew it was the right one for us. Our boys think the bunk beds are the greatest things and had a great time when we stayed. The folks in town are extremely friendly, happy to start up a conversation and get to you know. The seasonal changes are beautiful! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax that is also close to local shopping and restaurants – this is the place for you!

Why they chose this property

This condo is located at the perfect spot - one block (walking distance) to the slopes/mountain bike trails, and right across the street from Legends Steak house and bar, but just far enough out of the way not to get caught up in traffic. Amazing golf course with plenty of wildlife only 2 miles away, world class downhill bike trails, hiking, fishing, colorful leaves changing in the fall, world class skiing in the winter, waterfalls in the spring from the winter snow thaw! Something for everyone. Decked out with brand new interior furnishings, this place makes it really nice for a special place to get away to.

What makes this property unique

This condo has just been refreshed in May 2018 and features baseboard heating controls in the two bedrooms and main living area and extra insulation under the new wood floor throughout. Granite counter tops in kitchen with new appliances. Conveniently located on the first floor so there are no slippery steps to climb or carry skis, snowboards, mountain bikes or luggage up! There is a possibility of guests staying in the unit above ours.
