Oceanfront luxury home w/ private hot tub, chefs kitchen and spectacular views

Come Escape at the Landescape! A modern, stunning 3 BR, 3 BA oceanfront home with ocean views, a private spa and breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and Proposal Rock. Every amenity and detail has been considered to inspire guests to create, play, relax, swim, cook, read, be still.

Enjoy ocean views from the entire top floor, a gas fireplace and cozy library and heated floors. The vaulted great room features ample seating including a dining table and bar seating in the brand-new kitchen (with gas) as well as a custom sectional sofa. The adjoining, kitchen and custom island includes all new Bosch appliances, propane gas, Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, pots and pans, utensils etc. for cooking and basic spices and baking supplies.

The house features 3 BR and 3 BA. Upstairs bedrooms (2) feature ocean views, en suite bathrooms with heated floors, and luxury linens. The downstairs suite features a king bed, desk for catching up on work and private bathroom. For ultimate privacy or split groups, it can be completely closed off and locked. All bedrooms have SONOS speakers and Echo dots. PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME IS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF SIX - CHILDREN ARE GUESTS AND COUNT TOWARDS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SIX. Additional fees will be assed for guests found exceeding the limit of six. This home is not suitable for children under the age of five. Please message the host with any questions.

Downstairs off of the original spiral staircase is the game room with daybeds, kids toys and games, a flat screen TV, Peloton exercise bike (bring your own shoes!), and art supplies and books. The perfect spot for entertaining kids or a needed quiet space from the rest of the group.

All the modern tech conveniences: a 65 inch SMART TV offers cable, Netflix and all the apps you could want. A Blu-ray player; and cable tv is also provided. For quieter entertainment, a modest library, plenty of board games and puzzles are available during your stay. A dedicated desk is available downstairs as well as an all-in-one printer and basic office supplies.

The back deck directly faces the ocean and beautiful Proposal Rock. Hawk Creek is just steps away making one of the most spectacular views we have ever seen. To the side of the house is a private path to the beach, approx. 10 steps to the sand and shell hunting. Our home is located in a private, gated community which keeps the beach pristine and private.

You can walk down to the beach to adorable Neskowin Village and local cafes. We provide beach chairs, towels and toys to enjoy your time on the sand. The front of the house has a small deck perfect for morning coffee and sun. We typically see plenty of deer walking by and the occasional bunny from the front deck as well as birds and squirrels.

Beautiful beach house and so comfortable. This is not your grandma’s beach house ... unless she has a great design eye, art book collection, and soft linen sheets. So great!

The house is so beautifully designed and equipped. The attention to detail made me smile each day ... as I used the frother for coffee in the morning, or stepped onto the heated floors, or used the supplied beach chairs or perused the fantastic library. I felt so at home here; I will be back!

Amazing property!

Such a beautiful home! Location couldn’t be better and the details inside were incredible from the linens and soaps to glassware and kitchen items. Had several beach toys and chairs and the playroom downstairs was full of toys. Wish the couch in the living room would have been a little more inviting and soft but really didn’t spend much time there. Can’t wait to go back!

Family gathering

Our elder family members stayed in your home as part of a celabration of life weekend. We had a few hang-ups with the "responsibility renters" agreement, but in the end it was resloved and I appreciate Dinah for working with us on that. The only other note for the description, was we did not understand how many stairs were involved to get the the main level of the home. This is very important when looking for homes that eldery family members will be staying in. We would reccommend this home for a great weekend in Neskowin!

Tranquil and beautiful place to stay

Wow, what a special place this is. The house was everything we had hoped for. The beachfront location, jacuzzi on the beach and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean were amazing! This was a family girls trip for 6 of us - our first time together in over a year. We enjoyed the warm fireplace while we read, ate and napped, took long beach walks and listened to music on the Sonos sound system throughout the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the game room downstairs and the ability to spread out a bit more with the extra beds there. The walk into the quaint town of Neskowin is quick and beautiful through the neighborhood. There is a short time on the main highway, so be careful as the cars are moving fast. One of our trip highlights was having a private chef cook for us one night. She was fantastic and said this was the best set kitchen she had cooked in for a private meal. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dinnerware and cookware that a professional chef appreciated. Alexis was very responsive to any question or concern that I had. We will definitely visit again!

Perfection on the Oregon Coast!

My family and I just spent a beautiful week celebrating Thanksgiving in this gorgeous house directly on the sand in front of Proposal Rock. I can definitely say that the experience exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. First, the home is located in a private gated community on a picturesque stretch of beach in the very small town of Neskowin. Due to that fact, you won’t be sharing the sand with lots of other people. There’s a general store and a restaurant 5 minutes away and you are a 20 minute drive to both Lincoln City and Pacific City for bigger shopping and more restaurant choices. The house, which has recently been beautifully remodeled, is stunning. The view cannot be properly appreciated by photos. The kitchen is very well equipped! I brought some of my own things (as I would be preparing Thanksgiving dinner) because in my experience, rental kitchens can sometimes be lacking. I needn’t have bothered. The beds were cozy with high quality linens and mattresses. The baths offered plenty of towels, ample paper products for a few days, and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so no need to pack your own. There’s lots of beach equipment available such as chairs, beach towels, etc. The Wi-Fi works great, the smart TV is huge, and there’s a Sonos system with a portable speaker so you can listen to your music on the beach or in the hot tub. The hot tub is located in a private spot behind the house but still boasts a view of the ocean. We were in it every day! The owner is very easy to work with and super responsive. We emailed, texted, and even spoke on the phone prior to our stay. And when we had a question after our arrival, she responded within minutes. Thanks, Alexis, for a relaxing week. It was just what we needed and we are already making plans for our next stay.

Neskowin Gem

This is our second stay at this property in Neskowin. The view is astounding and the first thing you see when you walk into the house! The kitchen has just about everything one needs. The open floorplan is fantastic for gathering together, and many other areas for the family to spread out. Easy beach access, plenty of non-beach walking, too. Wonderful!

What an amazing location and house! From the minute we walked into the house, we were stunned by the view. The house had everything we needed. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Just a very short walk to beach access. Hot tub let us soak our bones during our Thanksgiving stay. Wonderful time!

Beautiful Escape

This property was exceptional. From the location to the extra amenities provided it was a jewel. It was clean, architecturally gorgeous and obviously well cared for by the host. We had plenty of room and felt instantly comfortable. Our host provided suggestions for local activities and options for dining as well as varied excursions. All in all, a great way to spend a birthday weekend.

Simply perfect

This property is incredible! The easy access to the beach, ocean and proposal rock was our most favorite feature of the home. We made the short walk over to the Neskowin Trading Company and enjoyed an amazing breakfast and coffee! When we weren’t on the beach, we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck and hot-tub and cozied up next to the fireplace. The bedding and bathrooms were luxurious and the little collection of beach towels, blankets and chairs was so convenient! We can’t wait to come back!

Breathtaking

From the moment you step into this stunning home and are dumbstruck by the view of Proposal Rock, you know you are somewhere very special! The home itself is lovely-luxurious and modern. Kitchen is very well outfitted for any kind of culinary needs. Beds are very comfortable and fitted with the high end linens you would expect. The location leaves you speechless. Steps to the beach with the Ghost Forest in plain sight at low tide. Lots of walkable beach in either direction and plenty of space for beach games and beach fires. Communication was prompt and instructions were easy and readily available. We look forward to splurging on another stay in the near future!

Wonderful weekend!

We spent a few days here for my husbands birthday and it was the perfect location! We had amazing weather and loved that the beach was just steps away. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back deck and in the hot tub. Our kids loved all the beach toys. Beautiful house! The management company was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in Neskowin

My wife and I spent four days at the LandEscape property in Neskowin in mid-September. The house has been extensively remodeled since we stayed there many years ago and it's a great place for a beach vacation. The property management folks were excellent to work with and the package they provided us with info on the house and how to make everything work was the best I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

As children, we visited the Oregon Coast frequently as it was close to home and fell in love with its rocky coast, incredible sunsets and local charm. We feel honored to have been able to renovate this stunning original home in one of our favorite places in the world while preserving its heritage and beauty.

Please take care of this home as you would your own - it has many high-end finishes, original art and custom furniture. We monitor damage closely.

We believe our home is one-of-a-kind in Neskowin. The location is breathtaking, the original architecture is stunning and its proximity to Hawk Creek and the Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock make for the dream vacation location.

At the cross section of the ocean and Hawk Creek there are all kinds of beautiful rocks and fossils to explore. At low-tide you can cross the creek to the local village for ice cream, coffee and pizza.
