Newly remodeled Golf Course Villa inside Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort. Villa Placida is a luxurious 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths at Las Brisas, an exclusive cluster with its private pool, playground, parking and security.

Our guests have access to Wyndham’s 5 Restaurants, Bars, Casino and Mandara Spa. Also, 2 championship golf courses: the Ocean and River and 13 tennis courts at it corresponding fee.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped by a team of seasoned travelers. It has a living room with 60” Google LCD TV, well equipped and stocked kitchen, large balcony terrace, laundry room, WiFi, cable TV, fully A/C, 40" Smart TV in every room and more...

Overall it was a great place to stay. It’s a bit of a long drive from front gates to condo, especially after gates close but all in all we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful stay. Our host welcomed us and showed us around the unit. She went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. We loved how nice the place was and how clean it was. The kitchen table converts to a pool table which was fun. Having a full kitchen, beach towels and a washing machine was a plus. We will come back again. It’s close to many things we wanted to do.

Wonderful Family Time

The house was great and Vanessa was so helpful! I had 3 teenagers and a tween in our party and they all had a great time at this home. It was comfortable for everyone and the boys loved the pool table and having the pool close by in the evenings. The property and location were all awesome!

Rio Mar Beach Resort is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The Villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The resort location is unbeatable. I frequently travel to PR and this is one of my favorite areas on the island. We strongly recommend the Villa for family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic stay

Would highly recommend this condo - we had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. The pool nearby was great and the beach club was a huge bonus. The condo is beautiful and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly, meeting us when we arrived and accommodating a later checkout too. We were so appreciative of their hospitality and had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family of 6. Check-in was very smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beach and pools were beautiful. Beach shallow enough for the kids- ages 6/7. We had plenty of space. The beach chairs and coolers was a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again.

We love this place so much, we take this vacation 45 weekends a year!! It is our close-by retreat from metropolitan San Juan life. We know every nice restaurant, every kiosk, and many fun things to do in the vicinity!
