(Another en-suite bedroom is currently furnished as an office.) The lower level has an en-suite bedroom plus another bedroom and half-bath, as well as a second family room.
Exceptionally well-equipped eat-in kitchen with an enormous island. Formal dining-room and living room as well as a family room.
Two seating/dining areas on the deck which leads down to the heated pool and spa.
