1.5 miles from Southampton Village and Coopers Beach, this 6 bed-roomed house offers everything you could wish for. Four en-suite bedrooms on the second floor. (Another en-suite bedroom is currently furnished as an office.) The lower level has an en-suite bedroom plus another bedroom and half-bath, as well as a second family room.
Exceptionally well-equipped eat-in kitchen with an enormous island. Formal dining-room and living room as well as a family room.
Two seating/dining areas on the deck which leads down to the heated pool and spa.
All this on a half-acre over-looking a reserve: quiet yet extremely conveniently located.
Bikes for riding to the beach or wherever you choose. 15 minute bike ride to Cooper's Beach!
