Our Pool Villa is a luxury villa located in soi Saiyuan, which is just a 10 minute drive to Kata beach and rawai beach

Situated within a small private community which provides 24 hour security.

With 250 m2 of indoor and outdoor living space, the villa provides ample room to relax and enjoy your sun filled holiday.

Outside there is the villas 8 meter long private swimming pool, multiple relaxation areas including 2 sun loungers.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom being furnished with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has twin single beds. Both bedrooms include en suite bathrooms, dressing areas and separate air conditioning.

The main living area is designed with an open plan and is furnished to a high standard. The dining area has seating for 6 people.

The living area includes a 5-seater sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.
