This two bedroom guest suite with own entrance (ground floor of house) and contemporary decor , combined living/ dining, two large double bedrooms and Modern kitchenette with washer.
Convenient Located in a quiet street ; close to the CDB -( 8km car- 20 minute, train - walk 12 minutes to train station , Bus _ just walk 7 minutes to bus stop to city)
-motorway access just 5 minutes drive.

- easy access to remuera, newmarket shopping , Ellerslie racecourse(4km) , Ascot hospital, mission bay and more.
- great south road business centre just 10 minutes by foot.

The two bedrooms offer one queen and one king beds and a desk .
the common spaces also we offer a spares mattress for flexibility for further guests, dinning table is adjustable size flexible to seats 2-5.

There is a combined bathroom and toilet, heated towel rail , first aid and various accessories for your convenient.

Kitchen/laundry facilities included : crockery, cutlery, plates , cups ,glassware , toaster, toasted sandwiches press ( available for requested) air fryer ( available for requested) microwave oven, induction hob , fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, tea pots,front washing machine, various tea, coffee , salt pepper oil.

Also if you travel with kids please let me know high chair , cot and kids plates cups, books toys (available for requested)

Interaction with Guests:

We live upstairs of the house with my parents and my 2 year old boy , he go to daycare Monday-Friday during late afternoon and early evening may be case some noise if you are extremely sensitive please consider before sending request, however we are most welcome for any questions and I will greet you and show you around on arrival if we are home. Self check in is also available for when we are not home. We are available to answer questions and happy to tell you about the local area and things to do during your stay in Auckland.

Well appointed 2 bedroom ground floor flat no traffic noise

Thoughtfully stocked 2 bedroom apartment in Greenlane under owner's house few minutes drive to grocery store and restaurants. No traffic noise. There is a high step up to the shower so not suitable for mobility issues. (No air conditioning so a little stuffy in summertime. Winnie supplied us with a fan which was great) Recommend.

Ideal for two people

Our hostess was very friendly and the property was very clean and tidy. The off street parking was awesome and it was only a short drive to the Ellerslie village. My Smart stadium is an easy, and safe, 25 minute walk. Ideal for concerts. We would definitely stay here again
