Originally built in 1938 this Modern Craftsman house was meticulously renovated by owners John and Michelle in 2018. Located in East Nashville, in the heart of Inglewood, this 3,100 sqft house sits on a generous .75 acre lot, just minutes away from Riverside Village and Five points. The house features a chef's kitchen, two living rooms each with fireplaces, a full entertaining bar, featuring Sonos Sound throughout the house all aimed to provide a complete and luxurious experience.

This property was beautiful! It was close to downtown Nashville and was a gorgeous home to stay in with a beautiful porch to enjoy the summer days. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous home!

Just perfect for our daughter's wedding. Very comfortable, spacious & immaculately clean. Property manager & owners were just awesome! We REALLY enjoyed our stay!

Awesome place!

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 6 adults and plenty of extra room! It’s conveniently located between all things “Nashville”. The house was so beautiful that just staying here seemed more appealing than going out downtown some evenings! We definitely plan to come back for another stay.

Beautiful home!

Excellent location and home for our extended family to attend a wedding in Nashville. The main floor bedroom was a plus for my 86 years old mom and the loft was welcomed by my 16 years old nephew. The kitchen was always full of food for the family to eat and to come and go as needed during the 3-day weekend. Loved the master bath.

What a great second trip to Nashville we had and this home made it even better! To be honest wish we were able to spend more time relaxing and soaking in the yard and relaxing vibe of the home! Absolutely stunning!

My family and I are no strangers to Vrbo and this home is by far one of my favorites! I loved everything about it. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood, it's very clean and tastefully decorated. I love all the live plants...it has inspired me to put those type of plants into my own home. The home is so beautiful that I am almost envious of the owners. I am going to try to rent this home again sometime in the future for a girl's trip.

Nashville Getaway

The newly renovated Greenland Nashville was just awesome with a bright, modern, comfortable decor. It provided all the amenities needed. We enjoyed drinks and conversation on the back deck as well as a nice fire in the fire pit in the back of the long, spacious back yard. The two owls at night were an added bonus. The location provided easy access to downtown Nashville and other local attractions, including local golf courses. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a Huber ride for the 10-15 minute ride to downtown. Would highly recommend this house for a nice getaway!"

Simply lovely!

This has been one of our favorite rentals EVER! Every amenity that we could imagine had been provided, and there were so many extras that made staying here with a toddler and teens very easy (baby gate at the top of the stairs, for example). The decor was lovely, and the beds were all very comfortable. The owners have thought of every single detail and the craftsmanship and aesthetic of the home are the reasons that this home is easily at the top of our list. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to the Broadway area, Opry Mills, and the airport.

Bachelorette Weekend

We loved this property and the vibe and esthetic of the house! Location was 15 min from just about anywhere and it had so much room for all 8 of us. However, there were constantly ants in the bathrooms and kitchen and we had to wash every dish prior to using it. I wish the cleanliness of the house matched the beautiful aesthetic of the house. Unfortunately, I was constantly cleaning and spraying for bugs from the moment I walked in. Other than that, we loved this property.

Nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close and conveniently located between the airport and down town Nashville. The house was beautiful. The only feedback would be the living room furniture was not very comfortable and non stick cooking pans would be preferred.

The home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as listed. Just outside of Nashville, the uber drive to Broadway was less than $15!! Would absolutely stay here again, the next time we come to Nashville.

Lovely Home

Great light and a HUGE back yard and outside deck. House was very clean, full of gorgeous plants and wonderful light even though we were there in pouring rain. It must be magic when the sun is out. Great bathrooms and lovely kitchen, very very clean. Very responsive hosts. Master bedroom was big and open, master bath also large with lovely plants. Windowns everywhere! The beds were too soft for me and the couch in the living room to feel comfortable, but that is to my taste. Great family vacay home with outdoors space galore and lots for kids to play with.

February Nashville Visit

This is a fabulous house! It's absolutely perfect for four couples. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Great experience for family times together

There is lots of room to spread out, so our group never felt on top of each other. Enough beds. So glad for a washer and dryer! Lots of quality towels. Loved the backyard as a place for the youngsters to run off their energy! Our 2nd stay and probably not the last!

Great base for a group trip

A beautiful, stylish house that lived up to the pictures! Plenty of room and well equipped. You'll need a car to get around, but we didn't have trouble getting Ubers as and when we needed them.

What makes this property unique

The house is in close proximity to Downtown , Broadway, Riverside Side Village and trendy 5 points. Very close to all things Nashville. We are extremely close to the airport (15minutes) as well as a short drive to The Gayloard Opry Land Hotel and Mall.
