Near Ft. Moore & Dwtn-Pool- The Moore House 1

Summary:
This 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom house sits in a great neighborhood less than 15 minutes from Fort Moore and downtown! Enjoy an a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, and more! No matter the reason for your visit, we are sure this is the perfect place! Family-friendly. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sofa bed!) and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times.
Upstairs are all three bedrooms, open sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is an additional sleeping space tucked away in an open nook upstairs. This space has a double bed with a twin trundle underneath.
Out back, enjoy a dip in the private pool and a grill is available for use!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Please note: Our pool is not heated and is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please reach out if you have additional questions!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Most all families are current or retired military families. The neighborhood is actually at the top of a ridge that overlooks part of the Fort Moore Training Area. So close you can hear soldiers calling cadence in the morning.

Getting Around:
You will need to be able to drive or get an Uber or Cab because there is no public transportation in this neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!
