Washer & dryer, 2 TVs, internet, 1 car garage with oversized extra parking. Across the street from recreation center has year round pool, hot tubs, sauna , steam, excercise room. Deli market 5 minute walk. Close to Tahoe Donner ski resort. Visit charming historic town of Truckee.. Private Marina at Donner lake. Credit card payments are the only accepted form of payments.
