The Wyndham Palm Aire is a tropical golf and spa treasure. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is located about 10 minutes outside the city of Fort Lauderdale. The Wyndham Palm Aire is a gated community with security on staff 24/7. The resort amenities are 4 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor children's pool, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, 2 outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, day spa and salon, playground, miniature golf, and basketball court.

The Wyndham Palm Aire resort front desk requires a security deposit of $250.00 upon check in. The security deposit is refunded at check out. Also, the resort has a $20.00 daily fee for parking.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

Wonderful short stay.

The two bedroom two bath we stayed in was very clean and so spacious. There were three balconies! Everything you needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The pools were lovely

Great place for families

This was our third time staying at this wydham. It fits our family perfect has everything you need right down to being able to do laundry. This time we did encounter an issue with ants and had a night with some rowdy partiers next door but for the most part everything was great.Front desk was responsive and hiysr keeping was great. On our last day one of the maintenance crew cut us fresh coconuts and we enjoyed coconut water by the pool while soaking up the last of the sun.

The Palm Aire condo was perfect. Very easy checkin. Condo had everything I needed. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds. The condo was spotlessly clean. Great location close to shopping a restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great host and accommodations

Everything was great! Matt did a nice job communicating and the accommodations were great! We stayed in a two bedroom and it was quite spacious with a nice balcony. Though it was about 20 minutes from the beach, they had a shuttle to take you there. Also, booking with Matt brought extra perks including access and free parking at the Wyndham resorts on the beach. The apartment was equipped with washer, dryer and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances.

Good family resort

The only thing I don’t like is every time we have checked in we always have to wait for a room to be cleaned. This time it was an hour and a half wait and that was beyond the check in time of 4 pm.

I loved the resort and all it's offerings. There was just a couple of hitches and I think one of them were being addressed the day we departed. There was too much noise inside and outside the building. The exhaust fans need to be updated throughout the apartment. The generator sounded off for 45mins late on Sunday night. The chiller was being replaced the day we left hopefully that will eliminate some of the noise. Besides the noise the property is lovely.

False Photos and Advertising -Nowhere near the beach

The ONLY VRBO filter Used was beachfront properties only! This property came up and photos clearly shows condos on the beach by the public fishing pier. The photos of this property are NOT the property you are assigned at check in. Our room was dirty, had roaches and was 12 MILES from the beach. When we spoke to the front desk she told me maybe I brought the roaches or left out food that attracted them. I was furious! Why would I pay to fly a family of 5 (3 small children) rent a car for the week, and then NOT be on the beach for spring break. Instead, every morning we had to load up all beach gear and 3 kids and drive to pay for parking at the public parking area. VRBO needs to make them change their listing wordage and photos at the least. Do NOT rent from Wyndham- they only care about keeping the rentals full and not customer service. Overall, very dissatisfied with Wyndham and VRBO for taking advantage of people.

OK, but won't return

Check in by hotel staff was cordial and quick, but time share staff were over the top and hard to pull away from. Our first hotel room (unsure if the owner's personal unit or simply a time share?) endured a random flood from the unit above, damaging the unit and requiring us to vacate to another unit in the hotel. The staff was courteous and responsive, though the next room's pullout mattresses were unacceptable to our family (gigantic, unhygienic brown and yellow stains on both mattresses), requiring a move to a third unit just before midnight. This was a challenge with our large family, but we endured and felt that the hotel staff handled it in an acceptable way. The "resort" is the quality level of a standard Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn suite except for larger units with kitchens. Pics of the unit were not accurate to the newly renovated room we first received. Pools and hot tubs were pleasant for the season, clean and mostly unused by the primarily senior crowd. Note that pool area is only open from dawn to dusk. Very loud karaoke time is every evening around dusk in the center courtyard. Location in the community is private on the hotel grounds, but in a busy area of the city. View from the resort is unattractive. Overall, we thought it was an OK experience but not a great value for the money, so we won't return.

Nous n’avons pas eu le condo qui nous a été présenté, selon les photos sur le site. L’unité qui nous a été désigné était sur tapis, le balcon était beaucoup plus petit. La location etait pour 4 personnes et nous n’avions pas le droit d’avoir 4 chaises sur le balcon. J’ai dû demander un extra pour internet plus performant et je n’ai pas eu le service durant tout note séjour (10 jours). Décevant pour moi.

The property was great was luckily to get updated 2 bedroom not one shown and pic it was nice. Issue there was little ant looking bugs in a few places in the apartment . I didn’t like that they pushed you to going to a 90min presentation in which you have to put a deposit down and if you don’t go they keep it (only $40 but still ). When you are on vacation mostly like your days are planned so have to stop in make plans for something else doesn’t always go as planned

Would not stay here again

In the midst of covid 19 outbreak in Florida, they did very little in terms of cleaning, The whole place was disgusting, from elevator doors to bathroom showers, to carpet. I had to clean the showers again when we checked in, it was disgusting, hairs from previous guests in the shower to other things. The dishwasher was falling out of its place, very old washer and dryer. I would not recommend that place. We never received a phone call from the owner to check in on our stay. Lots of construction behind the Property every morning I was awake by construction vehicles beeping.. the Property needs updating Very old and run down. Stay away from this complex. You been warned.

Great stay overall with 1 issue.

Great Stay, Property was very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Pool(s) were clean. Staff was nice and responsive. Would stay again for sure. The only disappointment was check-in. Room was to be ready at 4pm. Was told room is "ready but not inspected" and they could give no time frame as to when it would be ready. "You will get a text when room is ready" was the standard answer. At 5:30 still no text. Asked for a supervisor and magically room was ready.
