The house is part of a complex of 5 independant maisonettes located by the seaside, in the heart of the small village Agiokampos, in North Evia. It consists on a two floors appartment (Living room - kitchen - two bedrooms - two bathrooms/WC - big verandas) and on an separate studio 18sm (living room with small kitchen and bathroom). A narrow no way out country road is in front of the garden and then... the sea!
The property is fully equiped with all amenities needed for summer vacations. The guests can find clean sheets and towels, coffee maker, toast maker, microwave, TV and DVD player, radio and CD player, several games (chess, backgammon, playing cards, scrabble, Monopoly, etc), books, CDs, DVDs.
There are also washine machine and dish washine machine as well.
The area is ideal for swimming, cycling, canoeing, fishing and exploring ancient Greek and Byzantine monuments, such as castles and small churches.
Traditional food one can taste everywhere in the area, either at the coast tavernas or at the villages grill restaurantes. As for night life, people prefer to enjoy their drinks at beachs bars at Pyrgos or Orei villages as well as at Aedipsos' bars and clubs.
Famous activity is also making spa water at the Aedipsos city premises (one must visit the Thermae Sylla Spa and Wellness Hotel).
One day trips all around Agiokampos: Drymona waterfalls, Club Agia Anna Summer Resort,Kamatriades village (traditional food and horse riding), Lichadonissia (a complex of small islands with amazing waters and a lovely family of 5 sheels swimming all around).
Two or more days trips: Skopelos and Skiathos islands via boat from Pefki village or via ferry boat from Mantoudi village), Mount Pilion via ferry boat from Agiokampos (line Agiokampos - Glyfa).
Agiokampos is a place where you can enjoy your summer holidays without any concern. When getting in the house, you will find a local wellcome drink (ouzo) with fruits and a printed local guide with touristic info, maps, websites and telephone numbers. Finally, a cleaning lady will be available on demand.
