This cozy and comfortable Casita is a guesthouse on the grounds of a larger home, and offers modern contemporary decor in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living, dining, and office areas, with a full kitchen and laundry room, and an outdoor shaded hot tub.

Located adjacent to the desirable Northwest quadrant of San Antonio in the sought-after town of Helotes, 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and 20 minutes to Sea World and Downtown San Antonio.

Great little place in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Within 15 minutes of lots of dining and shopping. Right on the edge of the city and hill country so it's a great location if you want to see either one or both. We really enjoyed our stay there as part of our 38th anniversary vacation. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean with many amenities that met our needs. We enjoyed the privacy when sitting outside and the hot tub was a plus! We’d suggest an update for the grill. We would highly recommend to stay here!

Loved this property! It was exactly how it was pictured. Thoughtfully decorated, with little detailed touches to make you feel welcome. It was quiet, yet very close to the Floores Country Store for the concert. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a traditional hotel and it was wonderful! Arturo was super responsive and went above and beyond what I expected. We plan on only using Vrbo from this time on!

Perfect little hide away !!

This Casita was perfect for our visit to San Antoino. Great location close to any shopping restaurants and site seeing. The hot tub was a pulse with two kids 7 and 11. They enjoyed the evenings in the water. Host was easy to commutate with. Will definitely visit again. ENJOY !!!

Great home in safe neighborhood

We liked that it had a feeling of home and safety. We stayed 2 nights and it was great. The neighborhood is on a hill and has great views of the city. It only took 20 min to get to Sea World, which was our main destination for the trip. The home was equipped with everything you would need.

Private Oasis!

Lovely, Lovely Property

We were in town to attend a music event at Floore’s Country Store. The location could not have been better. The property was meticulous - clean, fresh with complete instructions. The host reached out several times to make sure all was good and it was more than good. I highly recommend the casita if you are in the area.
