Investing in a unit for air conditioning upstairs would be great. Fans do not cut it. New mattresses would be great too. The beds were very hard

Hi Cindy, the cabin has central heat and air which is upstairs and downstairs. There are ceiling fans in every room and box fans if you desire to use them. I just stayed there and left yesterday and did not use any fans - temperature was very comfortable as was the upstairs bed. I’m sorry you thought the bed was too firm but you are my first guest to say they did not like it.
Highly enjoyed our stay at the property. Amenities and cleanliness were all on point. The owner was very communicative and helpful! Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Thanks for the review Lisa and for being such a great guest- hope you can come back soon!
The pictures are literally exactly what you get! Stunning views and very amazing house. We loved that it was centrally located. My kids really liked the beds (very comfortable!). My oldest said she wouldn't of changed anything with the house. Really liked that we had a hot tub but also could go to the pool-if you didn't want to walk, it would be a 2 sec drive. Was the best sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning or if you want wine in the evenings. Great area for spotting bears as well-multiple mornings they were outside the kitchen window.

Thank you for the lovely review- so glad you enjoyed the cabin, the views and the bear spottings! Ann
The cabin was wonderful and exactly as described. There was plenty of kitchen stuff. Including coffee pot, blender, crock pot, tons of pots and pans, utensils and cups. The pool is a little distance but pretty clean. Hot tube was hot and ready when we got there. The kids enjoyed the game room. We would definitely stay here again. One thing make sure you get the front gate code just in case you get back to the cabin after 10PM.

This cabin is in a great location! It’s a short drive to the Smoky Mountains Park entrance & all of the tourist attractions while maintaining a private feel with a great view. The kitchen is well-stocked. I definitely recommend this property!

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need! The Host, Ann, was great and was very attentive and responded to messages quickly. Great location that allows to to navigate Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg easily! Minutes from everything while still giving you the “mountain feel”! Highly recommend!
Anne is amazing. She made sure we had what we needed before we even got to the house. We were able to check in early also. Location is perfect. Hot tub was my son’s highlight of the house.

We have stayed in many cabins in the Smokies for the past t25 years, so I can't say we were overly impressed with the cabin, but we were very pleased. We have stayed in great cabins and not so great cabins, and this one would be considered very good and what we needed. It served its purpose, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed. I just always encourage people to be sure to take extra toilet paper even on the first day since the starter rolls may not be enough, especially if you arrive late and plan to go shopping the next day. Very comfortable, cozy, clean, not too far from Pigeon Forge and no scary" steep roads to navigate. Highly recommend. Two couples stayed,, and with the bedrooms being on separate levels, there was plenty of privacy.
Very professional process. Host communications covered all information needed for our stay. Cabin was very nice, well decorated, well equipped, and perfect for a family stay. View from the two porches were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
