We are located just minutes away from Port Canaveral and all major cruise terminals. We offer deluxe two bedroom, two bath condos with full kitchens. Sleeps 6. There is an endless array of fun activities both at the Resort or just minutes away. Enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

Great condo for familes

We really enjoyed our stay at RCB. The location is great. Pool is spacious with lots of chairs. The place was very clean, large enough for family of 5 and comfortable furniture and beds. Spacious bathrooms. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Resort at COCOA BEACH. They keep the property incredibly clean and secure. The homeowner was easy to work with, as well as the staff. Condo was furnished nicely. We look forward to renting this unit again

Fun Times at Cocoa Beach

Easy to get to from Orlando airport. Grocery, other stores and restaurants near by. Historic Cocoa Beach not far away. Staff is super nice throughout the complex. We had a great time and will return.

Very nice real estate .The grounds staff is good and helpful. I am a little suspect on how early you have to be in order to get a floor or two higher,for we preregistered in morning of the beginning of the covid-19 scare. The property staff confirmed that they were near 60% capacity and all the upper floors were taken ?

Love this place. Have visited for 25 years. Best place in Cocoa Beach to stay. Pool is awesome. A lot of fun activities. Facility upkeep is awesome. Walkway to beach is perfect. Location is great. Far enough from pier to avoid huge crowd but pier is within walking distance.

Why they chose this property

The property is very unique and heartwarming, yet has everything a 5 star resort offers. Movie theatre, workout room, sauna, heated pool, delicious Mexican restaurant, Jacuzzi, tennis and basketball courts.
