Perfect place to stay in Narragansett!

We stayed for a week in this lovely home next to Town Hall in Narragansett. Such a great home and equally great location where you can walk to everything near the beach in Narragansett town. Hosts were wonderful. No problems and plenty of great parking behind the home. I want to stay here again.

Another great stay

My family stayed here for the 2nd year, and we love the house and location. It's the perfect base for a beach week at beautiful Narragansett beach, and the house is very, very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

We love this house! The owner, Gloria, was wonderful! The house is well equipped and very clean. We were able to walk to the beach, as well as restaurants. We enjoyed every moment!

Another Great Narragansett Vacation

This is our fifth year staying with Gloria and Joan. The house is extremely hospitable with all the amenities a family can hope for - 3 baths, linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and toys, full kitchen, laundry, and spacious rooms. In the past three years we have added two little ones (ages 2 1/2 years and 6 months) to our family and the house and location near the beach continue to be wonderful. Owners made themselves available during our stay to follow-up on any needs. We will definitely return!

Another exceptional vacation in Narragansett

This is the fourth year that my family has stayed with Gloria and Joan in their lovely home. It is spacious, immaculate, and well stocked with linens, beach chairs and beach towels. The house offers a walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Owners keep contact during our stay to assure we have what we need. We are looking forward to returning for another great family vacation next year.

Another Great Beach Vacation

This was our second time our family vacationed in this spacious, comfortable and immaculate home. Gloria and Joan were excellent to deal with from start to finish, insuring we had everything we needed. Having beach chairs and towels, bed linens and towels as part of the rental made preparing for our trip easy. Being a walk from the beach was a bonus. We hope to return for another stay in the future.

Great beach trip!

My family had a wonderful time staying here -- the house provided plenty of space, with 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and we really enjoying hanging out in the expansive kitchen and on the wrap-around front porch. It was a quick easy walk to the Coast Guard House and the sea wall, and we were lucky to have amazing beach weather the entire week. We would love to return next summer!

Wonderful house, great host!!

The house is beautiful. Located on a quiet street within walking distance to the town beach, Coast Guard House and other shops and restaurants. We were able to take a day trip to Block Island and explored many of the beaches of the area (there are several). We loved starting and ending each day spending some time on the porch. Gloria and Fran are great hosts - very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much! We will return!

Comfortable House

The house is really clean and fresh. Everything works and the house is very well maintained. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with dishes etc. The front porch is a great spot to sit and read. The house is close to the beach and to lots of restaurants that we enjoyed. We had no issues and the owner was great to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Narragansett.

Beautiful spacious home

Our group of 12 had a fabulous week at this beautiful, updated and spacious home. The walk to Town Beach, which we prefer, was a little too far for our group of children (4-9yrs old). Also the back yard is large and inviting but doesn’t not have any furniture minus a picnic table. Gloria was super responsive and inviting!

Wonderful Week

My extended family of six adults found this home to be perfect for us. The layout for the living area was open and spacious, all the bedrooms were comfortable with good closet and bureau space, and the three bathrooms made showering after the beach easy. Having linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs provided with the rental made packing for vacation easy. This property was immaculate and comfortably furnished. The parking was easy with multiple cars and the porch was a lovely place to relax. Walking to the beach was easy as well. The owners were friendly and responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend this home.

Simply amazing !

Gloria was amazing ! We we’re there to celebrate my wedding and it was the perfect size for six couples. The house was walking distance from town and also has a fenced in yard. They left me flowers and a card which was so thoughtful ! Very accommodating hosts and I would highly recommend the house !!

Terrific House with Caring Owners

This is a beautiful 6 bedroom home that is just blocks away from the ocean and good restaurants. There were six of us, my wife and me, plus 4 teenage boys - we all had more than enough room, with plenty to spare. Everyone had a terrific time and we highly recommend this house. The entire house has clearly been renovated with care and attention. It has the charm of an older house but all the comforts of a new, high-end home. The bedrooms are all spacious with individual air-conditioning/heating. Notably, the house has three large, well designed bathrooms (with great water pressure) which were ideal for a big groups going back-and-forth to the beach. No waiting for showers. On the ground floor, the open plan and huge, brand new kitchen was great for a family eating and hanging out. The house was immaculately clean and well provisioned. It had everything you might need for a great vacation stay (e.g. strong wifi connection, cable, new gas barbeque, nice linens, tons of pillows and plush towels, new beach chairs etc.). The house was nicely furnished but was not cluttered with knick- knacks. As a result, you did not feel that you were in someone else's home the entire time. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They had plenty of great recommendations and made it clear that they were only a mile away if we needed anything. They were also very flexible on check-in and check-out times. Could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. Highly recommend this charming beach house.

A+++ stay

Our first time using VRBO and thrilled we rented a week with Gloria and Fran. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The outside deck was great during the day and evening. Our family had dinner on the deck every night & enjoyed the 5 minute walk to Narragansett town beach. In addition, Gloria and Fran purchased a brand new Weber Gas Grill prior to our stay which was fantastic for grilling outside in the spacious backyard. We already are planning to come back next year. Can’t say enough good things about the house & kind people Gloria and Fran both are. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Perfect family getaway!!

Had a perfect family getaway, and couldn’t have picked a better spot and house. The house is amazing, all updated, and very close to beach, town and quiet neighborhood. Gloria was great to deal with, and was just down the road if we needed her(which we didn’t, because everything went smooth.)
